Abstract

The research was carried out against the background, namely that there was a poor response from visitors to tourist facilities. The research purposes is to test the influence of tourist facilities on the sense of satisfaction of visitors at Linggai Park. This research type is quantitative descriptive research using an approach by causal associative. The population for this research is visitors who have visited Linggai Park, whose age is over 17 years. The research was conducted using a technique of purposive sampling with 2 respondents. Hypothesis testing was conducted using simple linear regression testing. The research results include: (1) Tourism facilities achieved in the good category (45.92%) and (2) Sense of satisfaction from visitors achieved in the good category (48.88%). The calculated F score is 104,186 and the significance is 0.000 <0.05, where the tourist facility variable has a big influence on visitors' sense of satisfaction, which is reviewed through the Adjust R Square value, namely 0.280. The tourist facilities variable contribution (X) to the visitor satisfaction variable (Y) reached 28% and 72% was influenced by other factors

Abstract

This research aims to find problems related to the motivation of tourists' visiting decisions. This type of research is quantitative descriptive using a causal associative approach with a survey method which aims to see the influence of motivation on the decision to visit. This research involved 90 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire distributed via Google Form using a Likert scale. The questionnaire was tested for validity and reliability. Data were analyzed using SPSS 20.00. The results of this research show that the motivation variable is in the good category, namely with an average value of 3.73, and the visiting decision variable shows the adequate category with an average value of 3.89. From the motivation value (X), the calculated F value is 120.175 with Sig 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that the motivation variable can explain the visiting decision variable significantly. Furthermore, an Adjusted R Square value of 0.577 was obtained, meaning that the influence of the motivation variable (X) on the visiting decision variable (Y) was 57.7%, while 42.3% was influenced by other factors.

Abstract

This research aims to find problems related to electronic word of mouth on consumer purchasing decisions. This research uses quantitative descriptive research with a causal associative approach to determine the influence of electronic word of mouth on purchasing decisions. This research sampled 204 respondents from a population of 1,654 per month using purposive sampling techniques. Data was collected through a questionnaire distributed via Google Form with a Likert scale. The data collection technique was carried out using a questionnaire with a Likert scale that had been tested for validity and reliability. The collected data was analyzed using SPSS 20.00. The results of this research show that the electronic word of mouth variable is in the good category, namely with an average value of 3.74, and the purchasing decision variable shows the good category with an average value of 3.77. For the electronic word of mouth (X) value, the calculated F value is 910.753 with Sig 0.000 <0.05, meaning that the electronic word of mouth variable can explain the purchasing decision variable significantly. Furthermore, an Adjusted R Square value of 0.818 was obtained, meaning that the influence of the electronic word of mouth (X) variable on the purchasing decision variable (Y) was 81.8%, while 18.8% was influenced by other factors.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of revitalizing the Lubang Jepang tourist attraction in Gunung Pangilun, Padang City, on the local community's economy. The background of this research is the importance of tourism development as an effort to improve the welfare of the surrounding community. The aim of this research is to analyze the extent to which the revitalization contributes to increasing local community income, business opportunities, and overall economic development. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collected through surveys and interviews with stakeholders, the local community, and business actors in the tourism sector. The results show that the revitalization of the Lubang Jepang tourist attraction has a positive impact on the local economy, as evidenced by increased community income and the emergence of business opportunities, especially initially. However, the sustainability of this positive impact is highly dependent on adequate infrastructure support, the expansion of the tourist area, and effective promotion. The implications of these findings indicate that sustainable management and active community participation are crucial to ensuring that the positive impact can continue and develop.
