Abstract

Industrial organization learning is an important concept in economics that understands how companies and markets interact in an industry. Since the implementation of AEC on January 1 2016, every country has tried to be able to compete and maintain the survival of business organizations in their respective countries. Each country is free to market its products to other countries so that each country competes to produce products that can be marketed in other countries. a relevant concept in the context of the structure of economic behavior, which includes how companies compete, collaborate, and respond to market dynamics.

Abstract

In the history of the Indonesian economy. Indonesia often experiences changes in its economic structure. Starting from the beginning of independence, namely the era of the first President of Indonesia, namely Soekarno, until now the Jokowi era. These changes often occur because the economic structure has not boosted the Indonesian economy and is considered unable to improve the welfare of the people. The economic structure is used to shows the composition or arrangement of economic sectors in an economy. Economic structure is also the implementation of existing economic systems with the aim of increasing the welfare of a country through economic development and growth of national income. The economic structure can be seen from four viewpoints, namely macro-sectoral review, financial review, state administration review, and bureaucratic decision-making review. The macro sectoral review and financial review are purely economic reviews, while the state review and decision-making bureaucratic review are political reviews. Dominant or reliable economic sectors can also mean sectors that make the largest contribution to the national product with high growth rates, which are characteristic of an economy.

Abstract

Structural transformation is a process of transition from traditional economic system to modern economic system. Structural transformation is characterized by a shift in labor and investment from the primary sector to the secondary sector and the latter to the tertiary sector. Economic growth accompanied by structural transformation can be achieved by: (1) increasing productivity in each sector and (2) shifting labor from low-productivity to high-productivity sectors. One of the primary sectors in Indonesia is agriculture. Agriculture is an important sector for Indonesia. Indonesia is a country that is undergoing structural transformation the structural transformation of the economy generally from traditional agriculture to the agro-industrial sector and the non-agricultural sector (agribusiness) that creates higher added value (BPS, 2015)

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara ekspor (X1) dan impor (X2) terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia, dengan menggunakan nilai tukar efektif riil (RTE) sebagai indikator utama daya saing internasional. Periode data yang digunakan adalah delapan tahun terakhir (2016-2023) dan berasal dari sumber resmi seperti Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS), Bank Indonesia (BI), dan Bank Dunia. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa ekspor memberikan dampak positif yang signifikan terhadap RTE, sedangkan impor memberikan dampak negatif. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi pengambil kebijakan untuk mengembangkan strategi perdagangan yang dapat meningkatkan daya saing nasional dan mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi.

Abstract

This proposal discusses a business plan for handcrafted products made from clay, focusing on cup holders and ashtrays with unique and eco-friendly designs. Clay is chosen as the main material due to its high flexibility, aesthetic value, and broad market potential. The purpose of this business is to create decorative yet functional products that are customizable and appealing to various groups, particularly art lovers and handmade product enthusiasts. The methods used include market analysis through questionnaires, digital and offline marketing strategies, and a Business to Customer (B2C) approach. Survey results indicate strong consumer interest in clay tray products, driven by affordable pricing, attractive designs, and eco-friendly qualities. Promotional strategies include social media, online marketplaces, participation in exhibitions, and collaborations with influencers. This proposal also includes a financial analysis to determine the break-even point (BEP) and assess the business's profit potential. With proper management, this clay craft business is considered to have promising prospects and the potential to grow into a sustainable enterprise..
