Abstract

Investment in Indonesia is the main guideline in increasing economic productivity. This research aims to explain the causes, consequences, solutions and conditions of investment in post-reformation Indonesia. This research will examine the factors that influence investment, the impact of investment on the economy and labor market, as well as solutions to improve the investment climate and overcome existing obstacles. not only explains conditions but also explains the role of investment in economic growth, as well as obstacles to economic growth.

Abstract

Industrial development by concentrating industries in a place, which is called an industrial area, is intended to suppress the spread of environmental impacts caused by industry. Another goal is that the presence of industry in the same place will have a double effect on society. However, these objectives must be followed by the fulfillment of strict criteria. These criteria start from the determination of land allocation for industrial estates, to the obligation to manage waste or environmental impacts caused. The industrial estate development policy must pay attention to environmental aspects, thus building an environmentally sound industrial estate.

Abstract

Industry is a crucial sector in a country's economy because it contributes significantly to economic growth, job creation and social welfare. This article aims to analyze the structure of industrial performance and the concept of comparative advantage in Indonesia. The industry performance structure is evaluated based on allocative efficiency, technical efficiency, inflation effects, equality, technological progress, product quality, employment opportunities and profits. The concept of comparative advantage explains that a country gains advantages by specializing in the production and export of goods or services that have relatively lower production costs compared to other countries. This analysis focuses on various factors that influence industry performance, such as the number and size of companies, level of product differentiation, market entry and exit barriers, government policies, macroeconomic conditions, technological developments, and globalization. By implementing comparative advantage strategies, such as production efficiency, developing workforce skills, and improving infrastructure, it is hoped that it can increase the competitiveness of Indonesian industry in the global market. This article provides strategic recommendations to improve the performance and competitiveness of Indonesian industry, including the importance of specialization, increased market access, and industrial collaboration.

Abstract

Bag charm is a fashion accessory that is on the rise because of its ability to beautify the appearance of the bag and provide a unique personal touch. In recent years, these accessories have become a significant trend in the fashion world, especially thanks to the influence of social media such as TikTok and Instagram. One of the interesting innovations of bag charm is the use of bristle wire (pipe cleaner) as the main material, which allows the creation of various interesting shapes such as flowers, animals, and funny characters. The business proposal "Bag Charm from Feather Wire" offers creative products with high aesthetic value and personalized appeal according to customer taste. In addition to being easy to make, this product has low production costs and promising profit potential. The theoretical study in this proposal includes the concept of entrepreneurship, product innovation, and market analysis as an important foundation in business development. Marketing strategies through social media and craft exhibitions are also key in expanding market reach. This venture not only provides profitable business opportunities, but also encourages creativity in the handicraft industry and becomes a means of self-expression for consumers. With the wide market potential and uniqueness of the product, the bag charm of bristle wire can become a new trend in the world of handmade accessories.

Abstract

Pasar modal Indonesia terus berkembang sebagai sarana investasi yang menjanjikan, dengan saham perbankan sebagai pilihan utama investor. PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBNI), sebagai salah satu bank BUMN terbesar, memiliki fundamental kuat dan cakupan bisnis luas. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis posisi dan daya tarik saham BBNI sebagai instrumen investasi melalui metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan data sekunder dari laporan keuangan dan sumber terpercaya. Hasil analisis fundamental menunjukkan BBNI memiliki kinerja yang sehat dengan laba bersih meningkat, rasio keuangan yang solid, dan ketahanan modal yang kuat. Valuasi saham BBNI relatif undervalued dengan dividend yield menarik sekitar 6,6%, didukung kepemilikan mayoritas pemerintah yang memberikan stabilitas. Meskipun harga saham mengalami koreksi, prospek jangka panjang tetap positif dengan potensi kenaikan harga saham sekitar 30-50%. Saham BBNI direkomendasikan sebagai pilihan investasi yang layak untuk portofolio diversifikasi, terutama bagi investor yang mengutamakan kestabilan dividen dan pertumbuhan moderat.
