Abstract

This research analyzes the unemployment rate in Indonesia and the impact of government policies on the national economy. Unemployment is a significant economic problem in Indonesia, with various factors influencing it, including population growth, structural economic changes, and technological changes. This study uses secondary data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and various other sources to evaluate unemployment trends in recent decades. The results of the analysis show that the unemployment rate in Indonesia experiences fluctuations which are influenced by global economic conditions, government policies and the dynamics of the domestic labor market. Government policies, such as job training programs, increased infrastructure investment, and support for the MSME (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) sector, have played an important role in reducing unemployment. However, challenges such as a mismatch of skills and labor market needs, as well as regional disparities, are still significant obstacles.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a vital role in the economies of many countries, including Indonesia. Along with the development of information and communication technology, e-commerce has become a crucial platform for MSMEs to expand markets, increase operational efficiency and increase competitiveness. This study examines the impact of e-commerce adoption on MSME performance, with a focus on increasing market access, reducing operational costs, and increasing product and service innovation. The research methodology includes a literature review, secondary data analysis, and case studies of MSMEs that have successfully implemented e-commerce. The research results show that e-commerce provides significant benefits for MSMEs, such as increased sales and efficiency, but also reveals challenges such as the need for increased digital capacity and adequate technological infrastructure. This research concludes that government support and collaboration with the private sector are needed to optimize the potential of e-commerce in empowering MSMEs in the digital era.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the feasibility of a rice milling business in Krangkong Village, Kepohbaru District, Bojonegoro Regency. The analysis used to determine the feasibility of the business is cost analysis, revenue analysis, profit analysis and business feasibility analysis with Rvenue Cost Ratio (R/C Ratio), Benefit Cost Ratio (B/C Ratio) and Return On Infestment (ROI). The results obtained from this research are that the average costs used are IDR 176,475,461/month, the average income obtained is IDR 204,075,000/month and the average profit obtained is IDR 27,599,539/month. Calculating the feasibility analysis of the business, it can be seen that the average value of Revenue Cost Ratio (R/C Ratio) is 1.15, the average value of Benefit Cost Ratio (B/C Ratio) is 0.15 and the average value of Return On Investment (ROI) of 8%. It can be concluded that the rice milling business in Krangkong Village Kepohbaru District Bojonegoro Regency is feasible to run.
