Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of financial literacy and financial behavior on investment decisions of students of the Accounting Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Nusa Nipa University. This type of research is quantitative research with an associative approach. The sampling technique uses probability sampling, a stratified random sampling method, where The sampling was carried out and determined randomly by dividing the population into several sub-classes and semesters with a sample size of 93 people. The data collection technique used a questionnaire (goole from) which was distributed to 93 respondents. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. multiple linear regression using the Statistical Package For the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 25. The results of this research show that partially the sig value of the financial literacy value Sig. is 0.013 smaller than 0.05, with a calculated t of 2.535 greater than the t table of 1.66159, and the financial behavior value of Sig. is 0.059 greater than the alpha value. 0.05. To avoid bias in the results from the Sig value. then a comparison is made between the calculated t and t table values, where the calculated t is 1.911 which is greater than the t table 1.66159 and simultaneously the Sig value. is 0.001 smaller than 0.05, with a calculated F of 7.926 which is greater than the F table of 3.945, so it can be concluded that partially or simultaneously Financial Literacy and Financial Behavior have a significant influence on investment decisions.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence with intellectual intelligence as a moderating variable on the ethical behavior of accounting students. This type of research is quantitative research with an associative approach. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling, a type of Stratified random sampling method, where sampling is carried out and determined using certain consideration techniques and criteria with a sample size of 72 people. The data collection technique used a questionnaire (google form) which was distributed to 72 respondents. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 26. The results of this study indicate that partially emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence have a significant effect on the ethical behavior of accounting students. Meanwhile, from the MRA test results, intellectual intelligence cannot moderate the influence of emotional intelligence or spiritual intelligence on the ethical behavior of accounting students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui prosedur pemberian kredit pada KSP Kopdit Pintu Air Cabang Koting jika ditinjau dari prosedur pemberian kredit oleh badan hukum yang terdiri dari 9 komponen prosedur pemberian kredit yaitu pengajuan berkas-berkas, penyelidikan berkas pinjaman, wawancara I, on the spot, wawancara II, keputusan kredit, penandatanganan akad kredit, realisasi kredit, dan penyaluran/penarikan dana. Data penilitian ini diperoleh melalui wawancara langsung dengan kepala bagian kredit, observasi dan dokumentasi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa prosedur pemberian kredit pada KSP Kopdit Pintu Air Cabang Koting sudah berjalan dengan baik dan sudah mengikuti standar prosedur yang ditetapkan dan membantu proses pemberian kredit pada Koperasi. Namun adanya sedikit kekurangan dalam langkah-langkah pada prosedur pemberian kredit sehingga prosedur pemberian kredit menjadi lebih sederhana dibandingkan dengan standar prosedur yang ditetapkan. Namun kekurangan yang ada dalam prosedur pemberian kredit tidak sepenuhnya menjadi faktor utama terjadi kredit macet. Dikarenakan tahapan yang terjadi kekurangan tersebut terdapat pada pinjaman kecil. Sedangkan Faktor utama disebabkan oleh faktor eksternal yang datang dari anggota peminjam itu sendiri terkhususnya anggota peminam dengan nominal besar.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of accountability and transparency on the management of village fund allocation in Gera Village, Mego District. This type of research is quantitative research with an associative approach. The sampling technique used a saturated sample where the entire population in this study was sampled and questionnaires were distributed to 32 respondents. Data analysis used multiple linear regression using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 26. The results of this study show that partial accountability has no effect on the management of village fund allocations, while partial transparency has an effect on the management of village fund allocations, apart from simultaneous accountability. and transparency influences the management of village fund allocation.

Abstract

The research aimed to analyze the effect of digital literacy on the level of students’ learning independence with emotonal inttellegence as an intervening variable. This research used a quantitative method. The population consisted of 133 accounting students from Nusa Nipa University, with a sample of only 57 respondents. The type of data in this research was primary data, which was collected from quationnaires. Data were analyzed using statistical analysis model test, hypothesis test (T-test), and Sobel test with the assistance of SPSS. The result of the research indicated that (1) digital liteacy had a significant effect on the level of students’ learning independence, (2) digital literacy had a significant effect on the level of emotional intelligence, (3) level of emotional intelligence had a significant effect on the level of students’ learning independence, (4) emotional intelligence mediated the effect of digital literacy toward level of students’ learning independence.
