Abstract

Perkebunan Nusantara VI has a sub-section, namely SBU Teh Packaging which has the task of handling the recording of inventory data, purchases of goods, requests for operational activities for all parts, to reporting and the number of requests each month. The problem that occurs is that inventory data processing is still done manually, using Microsoft Excel. This causes the control of goods data to be disorganized, resulting in frequent duplication of goods names. Even in making reports, the warehouse officer takes a long time and the results obtained are not accurate. Based on the problems faced, a web-based inventory control information system is needed that can assist the process of managing and monitoring inventory stock-taking data. The purpose of this research is to design a prototype of a web-based inventory control information system using a system modeling tool, namely UML. The result of this research is a prototype design of a web-based inventory control information system that can be applied by PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VI, especially SBU Teh Packaging to help expedite the management and monitoring of inventory stock taking data.

Abstract

In the employee percentage management information system running at SMK Dr. Indra Adnan Indragiri Collage Tembilahan still uses a simple method or in writing, where employees fill in attendance data when they enter working hours. In every attendance activity, there is often fraud by employees who leave their signatures or fill out attendance lists according to their arrival so that the finance department cannot control the delays of employees who come beyond the time set by SMK Dr. Indra Adnan Indragiri Collage Tembilahan, or go home earlier than the specified time. In designing an employee attendance management information system, the author uses a modeling tool, namely UML where the diagrams used are Usecase diagrams, Activity diagrams and class diagrams. The results of this study are in the form of designing a Web-Based Employee Attendance Management Information System prototype and SMS Gateway that can assist in overcoming the problems that occur in Dr. Vocational High School. Abstract

The role of information technology in the business world is very important. Especially helping business people in managing their business well. One aspect that really needs the role of information technology is the financial aspect. Because in this aspect errors often occur if business actors still manage finances manually. This is what is being experienced by KPN "Sehati" RSUD Kota Sungai Penuh at this time. It is not surprising that errors often occur when processing data, considering that the data processed by KPN "Sehati" RSUD Kota Sungai Penuh is quite large. To help overcome these problems, a system design in the form of a prototype is needed which can later help work to be more transparent and accountable in compiling financial reports if the system design has been implemented properly into a complete system. The method used to design this system using the prototyping method. The purpose of this system design is as the initial foundation for business actors in planning the development of existing systems into a more computerized and well-integrated form. So the hope is that later with the implementation of this prototype system, it will help answer the problems experienced before.

Abstract

Badan Pengelola Pajak dan Retribusi Daerah (BPPRD) Muaro Jambi is the agency used in the management of local taxes and is responsible for the implementation of the regional taxation process in Muaro Jambi Regency. In carrying out the local taxation process starting from the data collection, registration, determination to local tax processes, human resources and technology are still needed to optimize local tax revenues. For now, the taxpayer's reporting process is still being reported manually. Because the submission of reports is still manual, taxpayers must come to the office of the Muaro Jambi Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency and fill out the form available to be calculated by the tax officer, the tax assessment must be announced. The purpose of this study is to analyze and design a local tax service information system using an object-oriented model approach using UML (Unified Modeling Language) Use Case Diagrams, Class Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, and Databases. This study resulted in a solution to the problems that existed at BPPRD Muaro Jambi, namely in the form of a regional service information system design. In this designed system, it can manage taxpayer data (restaurants, hotels and parking), manage tax reporting data, manage tax reports, view taxpayer values, view taxpayer data, provide notifications to pay taxes, and as a medium of information from the Regency BPPRD. Muaro Jambi to taxpayers so that taxpayers do not need to commute to report their taxes so that taxpayers do not need to commute to report their taxes.

Abstract

Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word are still used for managing the inventory of goods at the Health Polytechnic of the Ministry of Health in Jambi, but there are still a lot of issues with that management, such as mistakes being made when recording the inventory data of goods and available goods data frequently being incorrect with the stock in the warehouse as well as data files. The search for inventory data is time-consuming because the inventory of items is still kept on the laptop and backed up to a flash drive. The Ministry of Health, Jambi, too lacks an inventory webpage at Poltekkes. The goal of this study is to develop an online system for tracking commodities inventories. Object-based modeling is used to explain the analysis and design of a web-based products inventory information system at the Health Polytechnic of the Ministry of Health of Jambi, namely in the form of use case diagrams, activity diagrams, and class diagrams. A prototype design is the study's output. Suggestions for the Health Polytechnic of the Ministry of Health, Jambi: In order to be used to help the process of inventorying goods at the Health Polytechnic of the Ministry of Health Jambi, the design of a web-based goods inventory information system needs to be implemented and realized in the form of an application.
