Abstract

Research on curriculum management program at MAN 2 Holy BCS directed to planning, organizing, implementation, evaluation, and impact its curriculum.This research is a field research with a naturalistic approach. The technique of collecting data through interviews, observation, documentation and thentest the validity of the data. While data analysis using analytical model of Miles and Huberman. The findings of this study show the development of the curriculum through the pillars mastery of science, research and language and religion. The plan drawn up systemically, organizing category correlated curriculum, implementation models TORI, Evaluation model of congruence and its impact learners improve performance up to foreign countries. The impact due to upgrading through Peningktan Quality Management based Madrasah starting from change management that is applied in the management curriculum.Penelitian tentang manajemen kurikulum Program BCS di MAN 2 kudus diarahkan kepada perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, dan dampak kurikulumnya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan naturalistik. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi kemudian uji keabsahan data. Sedangkan analisis data menggunakan analisis model Miles and Huberman. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan pengembangan kurikulumnya melalui pilar penguasaan sains, bahasa dan riset serta agama. Perencanaannya disusun secara sistemik, Pengorganisasiannya termasuk kategori correlated curriculum, Pelaksanaannya model TORI, evaluasinya model congruence dan dampaknya meningkatkan prestasi peserta didiknya hingga ke manca negara. dampak tersebut karena adanya peningkatan mutu melalui Manajemen Peningktan Mutu berbasis Madrasah yang dimulai dari manajemen perubahan yang diaplikasikan dalam manajemen kurikulumnya.
