<![CDATA[Abstrak Salah satu hal yang perlu mendapat perhatian setelah penggunaan kontrasepsi suntik adalah kembalinya kesuburan. Sulit hamil setelah menggunakan kontrasepsi menjadi keluhan. Lebih tepatnya setelah pemakaian kontrasepsi hormonal yang cukup lama. Kontrasepsi suntik memerlukan waktu < 6 bulan atau lebih untuk kembali ke masa subur karena tubuh menguraikan obat yang terakumulasi. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan lama penggunaan kontrasepsi suntik Depo-medroxyprogesterone Acetate dengan kembalinya kesuburan pada post akseptor kontrasepsi di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Kembaran 2. Metode penelitian cross sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purpose sampling dengan jumlah sampel 85 orang. Instrumen penelitian yaitu kuisioner dengan menggunakan uji korelasi spearman. Hasil penelitian sebagian besar responden berusia 24-35 tahun sebanyak 68 responden (80%), pendidikan SMA sebanyak 37 responden (43,5%), pekerjaan ibu rumah tangga sebanyak 50 responden (58,8%), paritas 2 anak sebanyak 39 responden (42,9%), indeks massa tubuh responden sebagian besar normal sebanyak 74 (87,1%). Lama penggunaan kontrasepsi suntik Depo-Medroxyprogesterone Acetate terbanyak > 24 bulan sebanyak 58 responden (68,2%). Kembalinya kesuburan terbanyak < 6 bulan dengan jumlah 51 responden (60%). Tidak terdapat hubungan antara lama penggunaan kontrasepsi suntik Depo-Medroxyprogesterone Acetate dengan kembalinya kesuburan pada ibu post akseptor kontrasepsi di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kembaran 2 dengan nilai ????-???????????????????? 0,692 (???????????????????????? > 0,05). Abstract One thing that needs attention after the use of injectable contraceptives is the return of fertility. Difficulty getting pregnant after using contraception is a complaint. Injectable contraceptives take < 6 months or more to return to the fertile period because the body breaks down the accumulated drug. The research method is cross sectional. The sampling technique used is purpose sampling with a sample size of 85 people. The research instrument is a questionnaire using the Spearman correlation test. The results of the study were most respondents aged 24-35 years as many as 68 respondents (80%), high school education as many as 37 respondents (43.5%), work as housewives as many as 50 respondents (58.8%), 2 children parity as many as 39 respondents (42.9%), the body mass index of respondents was mostly normal as much as 74 (87.1%). The duration of the use of Depo-Medroxyprogesterone Acetate injection contraception was more than 24 months as many as 58 respondents (68.2%). Most return to fertility < 6 months with a total of 51 respondents (60%).
