Abstract

The development of sophisticated technology has a very broad effect on various fields, one of which is the financial sector. Fintech can change a person's behavioral intentions in making decisions. There are several objectives from the research results which show factors that have an influence on consumer intention variables in adopting e-wallets in Batam City. Several factors such as performance expectancy, effort expectancy, and perceived enjoyment are considered to have an influence on the behavioral intention variable in adopting e-wallet. The sample in this research is primary data obtained through a questionnaire. The analytical method used in this research is the multiple linear analysis method with the SPSS application. The research results show that there is a significant relationship between performance expectancy and effort expectancy and behavioral intention. Meanwhile, the perceived enjoyment variable does not have a significant relationship with behavioral intention.

Abstract

Meta analisis ini guna mengetahui corporate governance terhadap audit delay pada perusahaan manfuaktur sebelum dan saat pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian berbasis perusahaan manufaktur ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah variabel tersebut memiliki kepengaruhan terhadap audit delay. Sampel penelitian terdapat 23 sampel yang terdiri dari skripsi dan jurnal mahasiswa perguruan tinggi. Selain itu teknik pengambilan sampel yang dilakukan adalah non-probabilistic sampling dengan metode purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak adanya pengaruh profitabilitas, solvabilitas, ukuran perusahaan, dan opini auditor terhadap audit delay pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia sebelum dan saat pandemi Covid-19.

Abstract

Teknologi adalah alat yang diciptakan oleh manusia untuk memperoleh efisiensi dan efektifitas pada setiap aktivitas yang dilakukan. Perkembangan teknologi komputer yang sangat pesat juga menghadirkan sistem-sistem perangkat lunak atau software yang bervariasi. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Artinya adalah peneliti melakukan pengumpulan data berdasarkan apa yang benar terjadi dan apa adanya baik berupa kata-kata, grafik, maupun gambar. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif penulis juga menggambarkan fenomena yang ada. Sat Nusapersada Tbk (PTSN) didirikan tanggal 01 Juni 1990 dan memulai kegiatan usaha komersialnya pada bulan Desember 1990. Kegiatan utama Sat Nusapersada Tbk adalah bergerak dalam bidang usaha industri perakitan alat-alat elektronik. Pengaruh dan dampak dari penerapan sistem Odoo terhadap PT Sat Nusapersada Tbk. untuk meningkatkan supply chain perusahaan yang mencakup supplier, manufacturer, distributor, retailer, dan customer.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of Green Product and Brand Experience in the decision of Grab service users in Medan City. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, involving 140 respondents who use Grab services in Medan City. Data was collected through a questionnaire that measured respondents' perception of Green Product, Brand Experience, and their decision to use Grab services. Validity and reliability tests were carried out to ensure the validity of the research instruments, with results showing that all instruments were valid and reliable. The data obtained was analyzed using multiple linear regression to test the influence of independent variables (Green Product and Brand Experience) on dependent variables (User Decisions). The results of the study show that Green Product and Brand Experience have a significant influence on users' decisions to choose Grab services. Simultaneously, these two variables influence user decisions, with Green Products contributing to increased environmental awareness, while Brand Experience affects users' perception and loyalty to the Grab brand. The regression model used in this study meets classical assumptions, such as normality, the absence of multicollinearity, and the absence of heteroscedasticity, so this model can be relied upon for further analysis. Based on these findings, Grab is advised to further optimize the promotion of GrabElectric services as an environmentally friendly product and continue to improve the brand experience to attract more users, especially those who care about environmental sustainability issues. This research contributes to the understanding of how environmental factors and brand experience can influence users' decisions in choosing app-based transportation services.

Abstract

With the rapid growth of mobile payment transactions in Indonesia, it is imperative to understand the factors influencing user acceptance to optimize product development and marketing strategies. This study seeks to examine these factors through the lens of the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT2) framework, specifically investigating the effects of effort expectancy (EE), performance expectancy (PE), social influence (SI), hedonic motivation (HM), compatibility (Comp), and innovation (Innv) on behavioral intention (BI). This study employs a quantitative methodology with purposive sampling, gathering data through online surveys from residents of Indonesia, resulting in a sample of 325 respondents who have utilized mobile payment systems. Data analysis employed Partial Least Squares (PLS) using SmartPLS software. The results indicate that EE significantly influences BI, while PE, SI, and HM do not. Additionally, Comp and Innv were found to positively impact PE, EE, and BI. A noteworthy finding is that Comp significantly influences BI, with EE acting as a mediator.
