Abstract

The main objective of this study is to conduct a bibliometric analysis and literature review on the implementation of Maqasid Sharia in the context of Sukuk from 2014 to 2023. Sukuk is a growing Islamic-based financial instrument that has a significant impact in the global financial market. Maqasid Sharia, or the purpose of sharia, has an important role in directing Islamic economic and financial practices. This study aims to explore how the concept of Maqasid Sharia has been applied in sukuk, as well as research trends relating to this topic during the period under study. Through bibliometric analysis and literature review, this paper will provide insight into the development of research related to Maqasid Sharia and sukuk during the period, as well as provide a better understanding of the contributions and challenges in implementing Sharia principles in sukuk financial instruments. This research is expected to contribute in broadening the understanding of the role of Maqasid Sharia in sukuk development and provide direction for further research in this area.

Abstract

This research uses text data mining techniques and the Drone Emprit Academic (DEA) system to identify and collect current problems related to the Halal label. The data analyzed includes 2,665 conversations from August 19, 2022 to March 15, 2023. The results show that conversations around the Halal label are closely related to the popular food franchise industry, with words such as "gacoan," "food," and "mixue" appearing the most frequently. In addition, this research found that sentiment towards the halal label varied, with 52% positive sentiment, 44% negative sentiment, and 3% neutral sentiment. Interestingly, in this finding, the initial discussion regarding Gacoan and Mixue which had a negative sentiment then turned positive after they both obtained halal certification and displayed the halal logo on their products. Thus, the implications of this research can contribute to further understanding of social media data analysis related to Halal labels in the food industry in Indonesia as well as increasing insight and thinking regarding this issue, and offering further research directions.

Abstract

Shalawat is an act of worship that is easy to practice but highly beloved by Allah SWT, as reflected in various verses of the Qur'an and Hadith, which promise abundant rewards for those who recite it. Therefore, Shalawat is an act of devotion recommended for daily practice. One example of this practice can be seen in the Shalawat Boban tradition, performed by the women in the Majelis Pengajian (study group) in Kampung Godang, Bangkinang, with its unique characteristics. This study aims to examine the living values of Hadith in the Shalawat Boban tradition and its interpretation within the context of the community. Employing a field research method with a Living Hadith approach and phenomenology, this research is descriptive, qualitative, and inductive. The findings of this study conclude that the tradition developing in the life of the Kampung Godang community is a phenomenon of Living Hadith, based on religious principles that serve as the foundation and guide for these activities. Additionally, this study group has significant meaning, not only as a spiritual worship practice but also as a means to strengthen social bonds and solidarity within the community.

Abstract

Humanoid robots are designed to replicate human activities, including tasks in hazardous environments. However, maintaining balance during backward walking remains a significant challenge due to center of mass (CoM) shifts beyond the support polygon and limited knee joint motion. This study proposes a control strategy that integrates a linear quadratic regulator (LQR) with optimized walking patterns to enhance dynamic stability. The approach combines LQR-based control with CoM trajectory planning to ensure safe and stable backward walking. The methodology includes inverse kinematics for generating walking patterns and the use of Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU) sensors to estimate the CoM trajectory. LQR parameters were tuned through simulation to improve responsiveness to disturbances. Evaluation metrics focused on CoM deviation, rise time, settling time, and overshoot. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed LQR system effectively maintains the CoM within 5% of the support polygon boundary. The system achieved rise times under one second and settling times below two seconds, while minimizing pitch and roll overshoots. Compared to proportional control, the proposed method significantly improves stability and reduces the risk of falling. This research advances control strategies for humanoid robots, contributing to improved mobility and operational safety. Moreover, it supports Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 9 by promoting innovation in intelligent robotic systems that can assist in complex or high-risk environments.
