Abstract

AbstractThe role of educators and parents is the main thing in instilling the value of tolerance in young children. It is at this time that it is appropriate to develop good character values, one of which is a sense of tolerance which can shape a child's character. The aim of this research is to develop better tolerant behavior in children at Rausyan Kids Kindergarten. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Interviews, documentation and observation are the information gathering strategies used in this review. The technique is descriptive qualitative. The results of the research show that a tough personality can be formed through adaptation techniques in training, for example getting children used to not disturbing friends, giving food to friends, using play equipment alternately, lining up while washing their hands, being orderly in lining up. The obstacles encountered in creating AUD tolerant behavior in Rausyan Kids Kindergarten are when dealing with children with special needs and problems between parents and educators.Keywords: Developing; Tolerance; Early ChildhoodAbstrakPeran pendidik dan orang tua merupakan hal utama dalam menanamkan nilai toleransi pada anak usia dini. Pada masa inilah yang tepat untuk mengembangkan nilai-nilai karakter yang baik salah satunya adalah rasa toleransi yang dapat membentuk karakter anak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan perilaku toleransi yang lebih baik pada anak-anak di Taman Kanak-kanak Rausyan Kids. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif kualitatif. Wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi adalah strategi pengumpulan informasi yang digunakan dalam tinjauan ini. Teknik yang dadalah deskriptif kualitatif.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepribadian tangguh dapat dibentuk melalui teknik penyesuaian diri dalam latihan, misalnya membiasakan anak untuk tidak mengganggu teman, memberikan makanan kepada teman, menggunakan alat permainan secara bergantian, berbaris sambil mencuci tangan, tertib dalam berbaris. Hambatan yang ditemui dalam menciptakan perilaku toleransi AUD di TK Rausyan Kids adalah ketika menangani anak-anak dengan kebutuhan khusus dan masalah di antara wali murid dan pendidik.Kata kunci: Perilaku; toleransi; Anak Usia Dini

Abstract

Indonesia is a country that has diversity, with this diversity it has decorated the country of Indonesia from time to time. Early Childhood Children (AUD) also experience and face diversity, to the point that there are many polemics of prejudice including youth youngsters. A child's capital for interacting with other people is tolerance, which helps them appreciate diversity that is not their own. The point of this exploration is to foster better lenient conduct in youngsters at Rausyan Children Kindergarten. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach. Meetings, documentation and perception are the data gathering procedures utilized in this review. The research results show that a tough personality can be formed through adaptation techniques in training, for example getting children used to interacting harmoniously, having a brotherly attitude, a caring attitude, a cooperative attitude, and setting a good example. The obstacles encountered in creating AUD tolerant behavior in Rausyan Kids Kindergarten are when dealing with children with special needs and problems between parents and educators.
