Abstract

Human social life is always changing along with the change in geography, culture, ideology, and new discoveries in the life sciences community. Of course, it will force the lawyers to respond, because these changes will have implications for the difference and even contrary to the legal texts that have been established. In the Shari’ah for example, The most obvious topic is jarimah hudud, where there is a punishment in the form of hand amputation for thieves and qisas for the killer or about women that must be accompanied by a mahram when traveling. In accordance with the development of the current situation, this punishment is considered to be irrelevant, it has been proven unable to reduce the quantity of the killers as being contrary to the concept of human rights. Regarding the second issue, it is found in the lives of individual freedom to move alone, including women. Thus, it was necessary to be a change in the law to follow social change. Thus, this change also has implications for the field of usul fiqh which has been considered established. Especially in reading of the texts of the nash (Qur’an and Hadith), especially on term qat’iy and zanniy. For this reason, in this paper will be discussed about the shifting of the term qat’iy and zanniy according to the Salaf, Midle, and Contemporary.

Abstract

Semua umat Islam yang mampu menunaikan haji wajib melakukannya, haji merupakan rukun Islam yang kelima. Memahami rukun dan syarat-syarat ibadah haji merupakan hal yang perlu diperhatikan oleh setiap orang yang ingin menunaikan ibadah haji. Hal ini penting karena ibadah haji akan batal jika jamaah tidak menunaikan rukun haji. Seorang jamaah haji tetap wajib menunaikan haji, namun agar ibadah hajinya tetap sah, ia harus membayar denda (denda) dengan cara menyembelih unta, sapi, dan kambing di tanah suci. Dalam al-Quran, terdapat beberapa ayat mengupas tentang haji, diantaranya QS. Al-Baqarah : 197, 198, 199. Dalam tulisan ini akan kupas ayat-ayat haji dalam tinjauan tafsir ahkam. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kepustakaan (library research) dengan sumber primer kitab-kitab tafsir ahkam, serta sumber skunder yaitu buku, jurnal, artikel pendukung terkait tafsir al-Qur’an. Lalu menganalisa, mendeskripsikan dan menyimpulkan terkait penafsiran ayat-ayat haji dalam tafsir ahkam tersebut. Hasil dari penelitian ini ialah : pertama, al-Qur’an telah menjelaskan, bahwa pelaksanaan haji adalah pada bulan-bulan tertentu, yakni Shawwal, Dzul Qa’dah dan Dhul Hijjah. Akan tetapi para ulama berbeda pendapat pada bulan Dhul Hijjah. Menurut Imam Malik, bulan-bulan haji itu ialah Shawwal, Dhul Qa’dah dan Dhul Hijjah seluruhnya. Sedangkan menurut Jumhur Ulama (Imam Malik, Imam Shafi’i, Imam Ahmad), yaitu pada bulan Shawwal, Dhul Qa’dah dan sepuluh hari pertama Dhul Hijjah. Kedua, berdagang ketika haji hukumnya boleh. Bekerja merupakah salah satu usaha untuk menjemput rizki Allah. Berarti ia juga mengharap rida Allah. Begitu juga haji. Haji merupakan ritual ibadah untuk mencari rida Allah. Yang harus diperhatikan adalah niat utamanya. Harus ditekankan bahwa tujuan utama adalah melaksanakan ibadah haji. Kata Kunci: Haji, Tafsir, Kaidah Fiqh

Abstract

Empowering Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) is a strategic step in sustainably improving the village economy. This article discusses a training program titled "Branding Assistance and Offline and Digital Promotion of MSMEs in Mejono Village," held in Mejono Village, Kediri Regency. This activity aims to improve the understanding and skills of MSMEs in building brand identities and marketing products through social media and digital platforms such as marketplaces. The methods used included educational counseling, interactive discussions, and technical demonstrations on how to sell on Shopee and Facebook, from creating accounts, taking product photos, writing descriptions, to determining selling prices. This activity presented competent speakers in the fields of digital marketing and e-commerce, and involved local MSMEs as the main participants. The results of the activity showed an increase in participants' awareness of the importance of branding in differentiating products, as well as how digital promotion can expand market reach without the need for a physical store. Participants also gained an initial understanding of digital marketing communications based on the Attention, Interest, Desire, and Action approach (AIDA). This program is expected to be an inspiration for other villages in developing the potential of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises through the use of digital technology.
