Abstract

Teaching the truth is a principal matter that must be given to children from an elementary age. Because, children will easily actualize the value of truth if it is imprinted from the foundation. This study aims to describe the efforts of teachers in increasing the understanding of elementary students aged 6-12 years about the concepts of Islamic teachings including bayani, 'irfani, and burhani. Of course, this theory of truth will be compared between the truth from Western and Islamic perspectives. This research uses a qualitative approach with the method of literature study. Obtaining and analyzing data comes from literature review materials in the form of books, scientific articles, proceedings, and final assignments (thesis, thesis, dissertation). Research data analysis materials were obtained from credible websites such as Google Scholar and Sinta. The results of this study concluded that the teacher's efforts to increase elementary-age students' understanding of bayani, 'irfani and burhani as basic concepts of truth from an Islamic perspective were carried out well. This is based on (1) mainstreaming truth based on revelation/al-Qur'an (the word of Allah swt.) as the highest authority in measuring truth. Then (2) logic in the form of reason, empirical and intuition becomes a supporting factor for students in understanding the truth of Divine words.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana politik sebagai mata pelajaran mandiri dapat menjadi solusi strategis untuk meningkatkan partisipasi politik generasi muda di Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan jenis studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi politik sebagai mata pelajaran mandiri memiliki manfaat seperti; meningkatkan keterlibatan generasi muda, membangun sikap kritis, membentuk kepemimpinan berkualitas, serta mencegah maraknya politik uang. Langkah- Langkah dalam mengimplementasikan politik sebagai mata pelajaran mandiri yaitu pengembangan kurikulum yang komprehensif, menggunakan metode pengajaran yang interaktif dan menarik bagi siswa, serta melakukan kolaborasi dengan pihak eksternal. Adapun tantangan yang mungkin dihadapi dalam implementasinya meliputi kurangnya tenaga pengajar yang kompeten dalam bidang politik, adanya resistensi terhadap pembelajaran politik di sekolah karena dianggap sensitif atau kontroversial, serta bias dalam penyampaian materi jika tidak diajarkan secara objektif. Solusi untuk mengatasi tantangan yang ada meliputi mengadakan pelatihan bagi guru agar memiliki pemahaman politik yang netral dan berbasis akademik, menyusun kurikulum yang berbasis pada pendekatan ilmiah dan non-partisan, serta menjalin kerja sama dengan institusi pendidikan tinggi dan lembaga riset untuk mendukung pengembangan materi ajar.

Abstract

Islam views that worship education is one of the priorities that must take precedence over teaching life skills for a child. It's just that the misunderstanding of parents and teachers often makes the purpose of instilling religious education not produce the expected results. This happens due to a lack of understanding by parents and teachers regarding religious education, the foundation of which is already in the Qur'an. This paper is intended to discuss the concept of worship education in the Qur'an. The method used in collecting the required data is the literature study method by collecting literature related to the contents in this paper, both from books, journals and digital literature such as the Maktabah Syamilah.
