Abstract

Community Service Activities are one of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education that must be implemented. This community service activity was held in Karunia Village, PaloloDistrict, Sigi The method used is the mentoring and training approach or the Participatory Learning Process. Canuna Village. So the purpose of this Community Service Activity is to provide material understanding of the importance of the leadership spirit of the younger generation through entrepreneurship. The results of the Community Service mean that community service activities like this are very beneficial for the village community in growing the leadership spirit of the younger generation. Participants in this activity were youth and community leaders. Participants were very enthusiastic about following the material through lectures, questions and answers and discussions, suggestions that can be given to the Village.

Abstract

Management of preventing the spread of Covid-19 during offline learning at the Civil Integrated Model State High School in Palu City. the realization is not yet optimal. the theory of Management Functions by Sondang P. Siagian includes five aspects, namely Planning, Organizing, Providing Motivation, Supervision and Assessment. This is evidenced by the lack of monitoring of compliance by students, teachers and guests from outside the school regarding the implementation of health protocols in the school environment. As well as evaluating implementation that is not in accordance with previously agreed plans or rules. So there are still many violations of health protocols such as wearing masks, washing hands and checking body temperature which are no longer carried out. Likewise, facilities and infrastructure in the form of body temperature checking devices and hand washing facilities need to be looked at again because some are no longer functioning. However, in the planning aspect, this is good because it is in accordance with Ministerial Decree No. 4 of 2021 concerning the Implementation of Face-to-Face Learning during the pandemic, in the organizing aspect, tasks have been divided according to each person's expertise, and in the aspect of providing motivation, motivation has been given in the form of superiors, from yourself and additional wages for the school's Covid-19 Task Force team.

Abstract

Management of Village Fund Utilization in Infrastructure Development carried out by the Village Government to support community development and empowerment. Qualitative research method with a descriptive approach by examining four aspects, namely planning, organizing, mobilizing and supervising. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, documentation and triangulation. The determination of informants was carried out "Purposively", namely deliberately selecting 5 people to become informants. The data analysis stages are: Data Collection, Data Condensation, Data Presentation, Conclusion Drawing. The results of this research show that the Management of Utilizing Village Funds in Infrastructure Development in Puse Village, South Dampal District, Toli-Toli Regency begins with the planning process, namely the Village Development Planning Conference (musrenbang). then in the organizing stage at this stage the organizing in terms of division of work is carried out by the village head. Implementation Process where the implementation of activities and supervision processes is carried out by supervisors from the sub-district village and district supervisors.

Abstract

Implementation of the policy of handling acts of violence against women in the women's empowerment and child protection office of Palu City. using a qualitative research basis with a descriptive approach, while data collection techniques are carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The determination of informants in this study used purposive by determining 4 (people) informants. Data analysis in this study is data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The theory used in this study is the theory by Donald Van Metter and Carl Van Horn, there are 6 aspects that need to be considered, namely 1) standards, targets, and objectives of the policy, 2) resources, 3) characteristics of the implementing organization, 4) communication between implementing organizations, 5) attitudes of implementers, and 6) economic, social, and political environment. The results of the study concluded that the factors that caused the implementation of the policy of handling acts of violence against women to be less than optimal were the lack of information or socialization to the community regarding the prevention and handling of acts of violence due to the lack of budget in handling acts of violence against women, and the unavailability of UPTD to support the handling of acts of violence against women.

Abstract

The community service activity entitled "Socialization of Village Cultural Traditions" was carried out in Kamarora B Village, District. Nokilalaki Sigi Regency The aim of this community service activity is to empower and improve the quality of the existence of traditional villages in the context of preserving culture and strengthening character as national identity. Selection in Kamarora B Village Because Kamarora B Village is a village that has customs and culture which have begun to be eroded by the rapid flow of globalization, efforts are needed to preserve cultural customs as a filter and foundation for development in Kamarora B Village, Kec. Nokilalaki, Sigi Regency. This community service activity is carried out by conducting outreach which aims to increase the understanding and knowledge of Village Government Apparatus, Youth and the community regarding how important it is to maintain the cultural traditions of Kamarora B Village which have begun to be eroded by the times.

Abstract

The service activities were carried out in Kadidia Village, Nokilalaki sub-district, Sigi Regency. This community service activity was carried out in September 2023. The number of participants was 31 people. This service is focused on the younger generation as Beginner Voters who have an important role in the general election (Pemilu) process. The results of this socialization and service aim to provide understanding to novice voters to be actively involved in the democratic party (election) and novice voters can have the knowledge to make choices and know the importance of elections in this nation's democratic journey. And secondly, you can make choices according to your conscience and can see the candidate's track record
