Abstract

Total Quality Management (TQM) is a strategic approach applied in various sectors, including education. The implementation of Total Quality Management in Madrasah Aliyah is an important issue in efforts to improve the quality of education. The purpose of this research is to analyze the implementation of Total Quality Management in improving the quality of education and how it can enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the education process in Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Barokah Cipatat. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. This method is chosen because it can provide a detailed and in-depth understanding of the researched concept. In this research, data about the researched phenomenon is collected through observation, interviews, document collection, and then analyzed in-depth. The results of this research indicate that: 1) Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Barokah Cipatat has implemented a quality management system through effective leadership management. 2) The implementation of Total Quality Management to support the teaching and learning process in Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Barokah Cipatat has been successful. This quality management includes curriculum planning and outcome-oriented teaching, good education and training for educators, student-centered focus, and adequate facilities and infrastructure. 3) Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Barokah Cipatat has made significant efforts in implementing Total Quality Management to improve the quality of education. Overall, the implementation of Total Quality Management in Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Barokah Cipatat to enhance the quality of education has been successful. Although there are challenges and obstacles in its implementation, continuous evaluation and improvement efforts are being made to address these shortcomings.

Abstract

This research aims to develop teaching materials and learning methods through laboratories in the context of improving the quality of science learning at Uswatun Hasanah Islamic Junior High School Padalarang, West Bandung. The research method used is a qualitative approach using interviews, observation and documentation as data collection techniques. The research was conducted involving school principals, science teachers, and students of Uswatun Hasanah Islamic Junior High School. The research results show that: 1) The development of teaching materials and learning methods through laboratories has a positive impact on the science learning process. 2) Teachers and students say that using laboratories as a learning tool can improve students’ understanding of concepts, practical skills and interest in related subjects. Apart from that, through laboratories, students can also develop cooperation, problem solving and critical thinking skills. 3) The school principal and science teacher at Uswatun Hasanah Islamic Junior High School also said that school operational management such as management of facilities and infrastructure, especially laboratories, needs to be carried out considering that this school does not yet have a laboratory as a supporting component in science learning activities. This research also reveals several challenges faced in developing and implementing teaching materials and learning methods through laboratories, such as limited resources (financial, materials and tools) and limited building space. However, with the right support, these challenges can likely be overcome and the benefits from procuring and using laboratories can be maximized.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze (1) The implementation of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) carried out by KPSBU Lembang. (2) Factors that cause discrepancies in the application of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) at KPSBU Lembang. The research method used in this research uses descriptive qualitative methods, by collecting information data through interviews, documentation, and observation. This type of research data uses Primary data and Secondary data. Primary data, is data collected by conducting interviews and observations directly from the source. Secondary data is data obtained in finished form, such as the internet and various existing documents. The results showed that the implementation of product quality control at KPSBU Lembang was partly in accordance but partly still not in accordance with the GMP Guidelines of the Minister of Health Regulation No.23 / MEN. KES/SK/1978. The results of the analysis of the factors that cause non-conformity of GMP implementation using the cause and effect diagram are caused by the man factor caused by inappropriate employee sanitation facilities and lack of awareness of employee hygiene. From the Environment factor caused by the selection of inappropriate production sites and the layout of the processing room which is less spacious and inappropriate. From the Machine factor caused by equipment that is rarely cleaned, as well as irregular storage and lack of a special laboratory room for the testing process. Meanwhile, the Method factor is caused by the fact that no organoleptic, physical, chemical, microbiological and / or biological examination has been carried out on the ingredients used, besides that the production room has a lot of dust and dirt.

Abstract

Sebagai lembaga yang senantiasa berkomitmen memberikan pelayanan terbaik dalam proses pengajaran dan pengelolaan operasional, Bridge Dance Academy menempatkan kualitas kinerja karyawan sebagai salah satu elemen kunci dalam pencapaian tujuannya. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji strategi pengembangan sumber daya manusia yang diterapkan di Bridge Dance Academy. Pada penelitian ini metode yang digunakan yaitu dengan pendekatan kualitatif, Penelitian ini difokuskan pada pemahaman mendalam mengenai konteks, makna, dan pengalaman yang terlibat dalam suatu fenomena. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu terdiri dari observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi Hasil penelitian menunjukan pengembangan sumber daya manusia di BDA menunjukan hasil yang baik terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan baik secara individual maupun kolektif. Strategi yang diterapkan tidak hanya meningkatkan kapabilitas teknis, tetapi juga membentuk budaya kerja yang kolaboratif, reflektif, dan berorientasi pada pengembangan berkelanjutan)

Abstract

The application of Reward and Punishment in the company must be given correctly, it can affect employee performance. The purpose of this study is to see how the Effect of Reward and Punishment on Employee Performance of PT. Multi Garmenjaya. This type of research uses quantitative methods, with distributing questionnaires as many as 93 respondents selected as the population of the study through simple random sampling and producing 93 replies respondents. The results of research ii, namely in thet test, Reward has a tcount value of 5.969 and a ttable value of 1.986 with a Sig value. 0.001 < 0.05 means that Reward has a partial effect on employee performance.Punishment variable has a tcount value of 3.030 and a ttable value of 1.986 with a Sig value. 0.003 <0.05 means that punishment has a partial effect on employee performance. Based on the F test, the Fcount value of 21.440 is greater than the ftabel of 3.10. Because the value of Fhitung > Ftabel (21.440 > 3.10) then H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted, H3 is accepted. This means that the Reward and Punishment variables affect employee performance simultaneously with the coefficient of determination. 0,308 %.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis proses pemilihan, monitoring, dan evaluasi pihak ketiga dalam proyek pengembangan properti di PT Tanah Gosyen Utama. Menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, penelitian ini mengkaji sistem seleksi dan pengawasan terhadap kontraktor serta vendor. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa pemilihan kontraktor mempertimbangkan kepemilikan aset, portofolio kerja, dan kesehatan rekening koran. Monitoring proyek dilakukan dua kali seminggu oleh tim teknis internal, sedangkan evaluasi kinerja menggunakan sistem skor dan formulir penilaian. Vendor dikelola oleh kontraktor, namun tetap berada dalam pengawasan pihak pengembang. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa struktur manajemen pihak ketiga yang tertata memberikan dampak positif terhadap efisiensi proyek dan keberlanjutan bisnis. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan digitalisasi sistem monitoring serta diversifikasi vendor untuk meningkatkan transparansi dan ketahanan rantai pasok di masa depan.
