Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan Pengaruh Kompensasi dan Promosi Jabatan secara Parsial Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT.Bank Sulselbar Parepare dan menjelaskan Pengaruh Kompensasi dan Promosi Jabatan secara simultan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT.Bank Sulselbar Parepare. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriftif, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, analisis linear berganda, uji t (Parsial), uji F (Simultan), dan uji detrerminasi (R2). Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan 2 metode penelitian yaitu data kualitatif dan kuantitafif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan diperoleh nilai t hitung > t tabel yaitu sebesar 3.052 > 2.019, (2)Promosi jabatan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan diperoleh nilai t hitung > t tabel yaitu sebesar 3.954 > 2.019 dan (3)Kompensasi dan Promosi jabatan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan diperoleh nilai F hitung > F tabel yaitu sebesar 29.944 > 3.23.

Abstract

Transportation is an activity to move a product from the origin to the destination location where the implementation of inappropriate transportation will make transportation costs expensive which has an impact on the high price of goods or services offered to the public. The transportation method is a tool used to determine the right delivery allocation to get optimal transportation costs. Where the methods used in transportation methods to obtain optimal transportation costs include: 1) North West Corner (NW); 2) Least Cost and 3) Vogel Approximation Method (VAM) and the next step of the three methods is using the Stepping Stone. These steps have been studied by students in lectures, it's just that the calculations using the transportation method are still done manually so that complex transportation problems will be difficult to do and take a long time. Therefore, the POM QM for Windows training given to students is able to provide skills to students to be able to solve complex transportation problems quickly and accurately. From the training provided, it is known that the use of POM QM for Windows provides benefits for students and students are able to use the POM QM application for Windows after the training.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the effect of promotion and demotion on employee performance on PT. Wira Eka Persadatama Parepare. The analytical method used in this study is the quantitative analysis method which is a method of multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study showed that partially the promotion variable (X1) was positive for employee work performance (Y) because the > t table (3,026 > 2,018) meant that Ho was rejected, indicating a significant promotion to employee work performance at PT. Wira Eka Persadatama Parepare, while partially the demotion variable (X2) does not have a positive effect on employee work performance (Y) because the calculation of < t table (0.117 < 2.018) means ho is accepted, this shows that demotion does not have a considerable influence on employee work performance at PT. Wira Eka Persadatama Parepare. Promotion variables (X₁) and work demotion (X₂) simultaneously have a negating effect on employee work performance because F calculates the > F table where the value is (5,313 > 3.20) then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. It also means the influence between independent variables on a dependent variable.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how much influence Product, Price, Promotion and Place had on the Purchase Decision of a Honda Beat motorcycle using the SPSS 20 analysis method. The results showed that: 1. Product (X1) did not affect the purchase decision variable (Y) because tcount1.618≤ttable (2.085) and a significant probability of (0.003)≤ α (0.05). 2. Price (X2) does not affect the purchase decision variable (Y) because tcount 0.865 ≤ t table (2.085) and a significant probability of (0.005) ≤ α (0.05). 3. Promotion (X3) has a positive and significant effect on decisions purchase (Y) because tcount5.006≥ttable (2.085) and a significant probability of (0.000)≤ α (0.05). 4.Place (X4) has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y) because tcount2.673≥ttable (2.085) and a significant probability of (0.001)≤ α (0.05).5. Product (X1) Price (X2) Promotion (X3) and Place (X4) have a positive (22.845) and significant (0.000 ≤ 0.05) effect on the Purchase Decision variable (Y) at PT. Daya Anugrah Mandiri Parepare Branch.
