Abstract

Problems in the world of finance are a very complex aspect that requires more thorough research. The aim of this research is to determine the completion of the murabahah contract. The research method in this research uses field research with a qualitative approach. The data collection technique uses observation, interviews and documentation. Field data was analyzed descriptively. The research results show that problematic murabahah financing will be transferred to another contract, if the customer on two calls is not present. Then the murabahah object that is not sold is then used as the object of the mudarabah financing contract.
