<![CDATA[This research specifically examines the implementation of Central Sulawesi Governor's Regulation Number 32 of 2020 in preventing and controlling Covid-19 in Polanto Jaya village, Kec. Rio Pakava, Kab. Donggala, Central Sulawesi, Siyasah Dusturiyyah Perspective. This research was designed using a type of empirical juridical research, namely a socio-legal research method carried out on situations that occur to find out and discover facts in society, with data collection techniques through observation, documentation, and interviews. The results of the research show that the implementation of the 2020 Governor's Regulations on the Prevention and Control of Covid -19 in Polanto Jaya Village, Rio Pakava District, has been effective because the community complies with the 2020 Central Sulawesi Governor's regulations on the prevention and control of Covid -19, as evidenced by the community's willingness to vaccinate, so that all Polanto Jaya village residents who were exposed to Covid-19 can all recover. Based on the Siyasah Dusturiyyah perspective, the implementation of Central Sulawesi Governor's Regulation Number 32 of 2020 in the village of Polanto Jaya applies the principles of Siyasah Dusturiyyah, namely, the principle of deliberation, the principle of justice, the principle of benefit, and the principle of power as a mandate. Abstrak Penelitian ini secara spesifik mengkaji implementasi peraturan Gubernur Sulawesi Tengah Nomor 32 tahun 2020 dalam pencegahan dan pengendalian Covid-19 di desa Polanto Jaya, Kec. Rio Pakava, Kab. Donggala Sulawesi Tengah Perspektif Siyasah Dusturiyyah. Penelitian ini didesain dengan menggunakan jenis penelitian yuridis empiris yaitu suatu metode penelitian sosial hukum yang dilakukan terhadap keadaan yang terjadi untuk mengetahui dan menemukan fakta-fakta di masyarakat, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Implementasi Peraturan Gubernur Tahun 2020 Terhadap Pencegahan Dan Pengendalian Covid-19 Di Desa Polanto Jaya Kecamatan Rio Pakava telah evektif, karena masyarakat mematuhi peraturan Gubernur Sulawesi Tengah tahun 2020 terhadap pencegahan dan pengendalian Covid-19 yang dibuktikan dengan kesediaan masyarakat untuk melakukan vaksinasi sehingga semua Masyarakat desa Polanto Jaya yang terpapar Covid 19 dapat sembuh semuanya. Berdasarkan perspektif Siyasah Dusturiyyah implementasi peraturan Gubernur Sulawesi Tengah Nomor 32 tahun 2020 di desa Polanto Jaya menerapkan prinsip-prinsip Siyasah Dusturiyyah yaitu, prinsip musyawarah, prinsip keadilan, prinsip kemaslahatan, prinsip kekuasaan sebagai amanah.]]>
