Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan membuktikan pengaruh disiplin kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja di PT. Maju Gemilang Garmen sejumlah 90 responden. Metode dalam mengambil sampel penelitian adalah teknik pengambilan sampel acak sederhana. Analisis data pada penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja, dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja. Jadi semua hipotesis pada penelitian ini diterima.Kata Kunci: Disiplin Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja

Abstract

Polynomial regression is an analytical method often used to model non-linear relationships between independent and dependent variables. This method is effective in various fields of application, such as prediction, estimation, and analysis. In this study, polynomial regression was applied to facilitate the coconut charcoal manufacturing process to predict the duration of drying time based on the measured temperature. Polynomial regression is implemented with Internet of Things (IoT) technology, where temperature data obtained from sensors is sent in real-time to a mobile application. This application provides convenience for users in monitoring and managing the coconut charcoal drying process, thereby enhancing the efficiency and quality of the final product. This integration shows excellent potential in optimizing the production process using data-driven innovative technology.

Abstract

Usaha kuliner bakso sapi merupakan bisnis yang berkembang pesat di Indonesia, namun menghadapi tantangan seperti kenaikan harga bahan baku dan fluktuasi permintaan pasar. Penelitian ini menganalisis peramalan penjualan menggunakan metode time series, yakni moving average dan least square untuk memprediksi penjualan pada bulan-bulan mendatang berdasarkan data historis penjualan. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan pemilik usaha dan karyawan, serta laporan penjualan dan harga bahan baku. Hasil peramalan menunjukkan bahwa metode moving average menghasilkan prediksi yang lebih stabil, dengan 2.509 porsi pada Desember, 2.487 porsi pada Januari, dan 2.498 porsi pada Februari. Sementara itu, metode least square memprediksi tren kenaikan yang lebih tinggi, yaitu 2.604,33 porsi pada Desember, 2.686,83 porsi pada Januari, dan 2.769,33 porsi pada Februari. Akurasi peramalan menggunakan MAD, MSE, dan MAPE menunjukkan bahwa moving average lebih akurat dengan MAD 44, 22, dan 33, MSE 1936, 484, dan 1089, serta MAPE 1.72%, 0.89%, dan 1.34%. Sebaliknya, metode least square menghasilkan MAD lebih tinggi (51,33, 221,83, dan 469,33), MSE lebih besar (2634,76, 49208,54, dan 246343,47), dan MAPE lebih tinggi (2.01%, 8.99%, dan 20.41%). Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan yang berguna bagi pelaku usaha bakso dalam merencanakan strategi operasional dan meningkatkan efisiensi bisnis.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe and find out about the management of SURYA at DISKUMINDAG, Sragen Regency, which has not been running optimally due to incoming mail notifications on the SURYA application that did not appear which resulted in delays in the distribution of letter delivery to departments or official employees and there is no depreciation feature on the SURYA application which causes the last 5 years of archives to be stored and piled up. The method used by the author in this study is to use a descriptive qualitative research method. The results of observations in the field carried out by the author Management and distribution are the stages of incoming and outgoing letters being processed such as entering the date of the letter, subject matter, letter, and author of the letter then the letters that have been managed will then be distributed to fields and outside services. Use is the subject matter stage of incoming and outgoing letters which will be carried out by the service. Maintenance is a step that is carried out by storing incoming and outgoing letters into archives on the SURYA application, the problem with maintenance is that maintenance is carried out every 6 months for the short term and once every 2 years for the long term. Depreciation is the stage for shrinking archives that have been stored for more than 5 years.   Keywords: Archives, Management of Virtual Mail Applications (SURYA),    Wallace
