Abstract

The potential of the mangrove forest ecosystem to become a prominent ecotourism attraction that raises community awareness and fosters a love for mangrove conservation is still underdeveloped. Situated in the Old Mangrove Village of Serip, Nongsa District, Sambau Village, this coastal area boasts significant tourism potential, particularly in its beaches and mangrove ecosystems. Transforming mangrove forests into ecotourism sites aligns with the growing trend of tourists shifting from conventional tourism to more sustainable, nature-oriented experiences. This study uses SWOT analysis to formulate a development strategy for mangrove forest ecotourism. Strengths are the internal advantages an organization holds, such as skills, products, and resources, which aid in achieving its objectives. Weaknesses refer to internal limitations, including resource constraints and skill gaps, that hinder optimal performance. Opportunities are favorable external conditions that can be leveraged for growth, while threats are external factors that could pose challenges. Internal and external factors play a crucial role in the sustainability of mangrove forests and the development of mangrove ecotourism. The analysis reveals that there are more strengths and opportunities than weaknesses and threats. This suggests that there is significant potential to harness these strengths, particularly in the Kampung Tua Bakau Serip area, to develop ecotourism that not only preserves the environment but also creates new employment opportunities, especially within the local community. This can be achieved by enhancing existing attractions, adding complementary features, empowering residents, and transforming the area into a thriving hub for tourism.

Abstract

In a company, human resources are one of the elements that play an important role. Therefore in the world of business that is growing increasingly rapidly now and the development of increasingly sophisticated knowledge and technology, it will bring changes in the life patterns of employees so that they can work optimally as human resources in it. The formulation of the problem in this study explains how the effect of work performance partially on employee performance, the effect of partial incentives on employee performance and how the influence of kejra achievement and incentives together - on the performance of The population in this study were employees of PT Telkom Akses, specifically the Batam area. The sampling technique is the census technique (Sensus Sampling) with 113 respondents in the research method using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study and the hypothesis indicate that Work Performance and Incentives partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance.

Abstract

Currently Batam Island is still increasing and continues to increase, business people are finally increasingly trying to innovate which can increase the competitiveness of companies in their business. Companies find the relationship between products and prices,where consumers see products and prices that affect buying interest in consumer purchasing decisions,and the company always tries to provide the best for consumers. The type of research that will be used is quantitative research. The population in this study is housing that is available to consumers as many as 220 people, while the sample used was 142 consumers using the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. The results in this study indicate that the t-test of the product and price has a positive and significant influence on buying interest in PT Citrabangun Deltareksa.While the product has a negative and not significant effect on purchasing decisions and prices have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions at PT Citrabangun Deltareksa.

Abstract

Changes in the environment constantly rolling in the process of development of a State, either directly or indirectly affect the life of the economy and society. In a highly competitive globalization, every organization will try to survive. Companies are faced with such complex circumstances and are required to be able to determine a strategy as a tool to deal with the situation. One step is to run an effective and efficient marketing concept. The purpose of this research is there is influence between product, price, promotion and distribution channel to decision of purchasing mobile phone Iphone dibatam in this research is all population which is used is consumer who buy mobile phone Iphone in Town batam. The retrieval technique used is Likert scale. The samples taken based on the above formula is 400 people. Analyzer used is doubled linear regression with first tested with validity test and reliability. The result of this research is product, promotion price and distribution channel to decision of purchasing mobile phone in batam.

Abstract

Toss 3000 Jodoh Market, Batam is a traditional market that sells various household needs. Toss 3000 market has problems in product quality, price and location. To overcome problems in business that occur in the market, traders in the Toss 3000 market need to review the influence of product quality, price, and location on consumer purchasing decisions. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality, price and location on consumer purchasing decisions on the Toss 3000 Jodoh, Batam market. This research was conducted by taking a sample of 100 consumers in the Toss 3000 market who had shopped more than once. The variables used in this study are product quality (X1), price (X2) and location (X3) as independent variables and purchasing decisions (Y) as the dependent variable. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis, using SPSS20 software to test the validity and reliability before each statement previously submitted is a linear regression analysis test. The results showed that product quality, price and location had a significant influence on consumer purchasing decisions.

Abstract

When talking about world economy, it will not be separated from trading activities. Trading activities are increasingly not only in country, but have expanded between countries. Exports and imports support the implementation of trade between countries. The freight forwarding business growing rapidly in Indonesia. Companies must able to determine the right marketing strategy, in order to survive and win the competition. To be able to continue survive, the company must be able to know what is needed or expected by its customers. Many factors are consider by consumers before using a service. This research was conducted with the aim to analyze service quality and responsiveness to customer satisfaction in using the services of PT Infiniti Marine. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires to 175 respondents who were the samples in this study. Respondents in this study were the customers of PT Infiniti Marine. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 21 software. The results of the research test showed that service quality and responsiveness had a simultaneous effect on customer satisfaction in using the services of PT Infiniti Marine. This indicates that the better the quality of service and responsiveness, customer satisfaction will increase.
