Abstract

Islam is a peaceful, merciful, tolerant, and most kind religion. It is a divine religion. To advance and defend justice and peace, it confronts every cruelty, violence, and viciousness. The goal of the entire Islamic ethical system is to uphold society's overall state of peace, safety, and happiness. This code emphasizes unity and all righteous actions that promote peace and forbids any action that promote violence. Therefore, if the society's members follow Islamic ethics, they will surely experience peace, safety, and satisfaction. All Islamic moral principles result in a better individual who is an upright human being who possesses the admirable qualities of honesty, justice, courage, generosity, patience, and kindness. For Muslims and non-Muslims alike, justice and peace are necessary and important in all circumstances, whether one is joyful and satisfied or disturbed and dissatisfied. This paper focuses on how the holy Qur’an and the traditions of Prophet of Islam (PBUH) teach its followers to obey and uphold the divine laws so that everyone in the society feels safe and comfortable and also educate them to be kind and to like for others as wishes for themselves so that everyone in the society benefits. This paper concludes with the argument that Islam seeks to construct the ideal human society and brotherhood, spreading all-around goodness and divine direction among people for their benefit and betterment.

In any system, it is important to Examine the status of man in society and the role of the state in connection to the higher moral and ethical principles of life as well as the idea of the Divine Being in the social order. An administrative system that benefits its citizens' well-being is known as a welfare state. The city-state of Medina established by the Holy Prophet Mohammad [PBUH] is one of the best examples of it.  It should be remembered that the Holy Prophet (PBUH) is the final messenger sent by Allah and his ultimate mission and objective was to improve the moral and spiritual standards of the people. Therefore, God's wisdom demanded that the features of both prophethood and leadership should be combined in his personality. The life of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), who is the last and final messenger, can be separated into two parts: life in Makkah and life in Medina. While the former was mainly focused on the monotheistic preaching of Islam and the latter was largely concerned with the founding of the city-state of Medina.  The prophet performed various characters during the ten years of the Medina period. Muhammad (PBUH) dedicated his life to organizing and developing his newly founded state in all aspects. Its only possible structure and foundation were on Divine Guidance (Wahi), as it had to eliminate all types of ills and develop all types of values and excellencies. In this paper, we'll try to examine the prophet`s administrative and constitutional policies during the governance of the city-state of Medina.

Abstract

This paper delves into the intricate relationship between the Ottoman Empire and its Arab Muslim subjects amidst the backdrop of rising nationalist sentiments during the late 19th and early 20th centuries. It traces the historical evolution of Arab nationalism, examining its cultural origins and political dimensions, while also dissecting the Ottoman administration's response to nationalist aspirations. Through an analysis of historical documents, scholarly works, and contemporary accounts, the study illuminates how nationalist movements reshaped the political, social, and cultural dynamics within the empire, leading to increased tensions between the central government and Arab nationalists. The paper highlights key events such as the Tanzimat reforms and the Young Turk Revolution, which exacerbated these tensions, culminating in the Arab Revolt of 1916 supported by the British. It also explores the impact of World War I on Ottoman-Arab relations and the subsequent dissolution of the empire, as reflected in treaties like the Treaty of Sèvres and the Treaty of Lausanne, which paved the way for the establishment of modern Arab states under European mandates. Through a comprehensive examination of historical sources and scholarly literature, the paper elucidates the multifaceted nature of nationalism's influence on the Ottoman Empire's relationship with its Arab Muslim subjects, underscoring its profound and enduring significance in shaping the modern Middle East.

Abstract

This paper provides a thorough examination of how Islamic ethics guide Muslims in navigating the complexities of contemporary challenges. Drawing from the Qur'an and the life of Prophet Muhammad, Islamic ethics offer a comprehensive framework that informs moral conduct in personal, social, economic, and environmental spheres. By carefully analyzing these teachings alongside the tradition of Ijtihad, Muslims approach modern ethical dilemmas with wisdom and compassion. Central values such as justice, compassion, honesty, and humility serve as guiding principles, shaping individual and collective behavior. The paper illustrates how Muslims engage with pressing issues like digital ethics, bioethics, environmental conservation, and global justice, seeking to harmonize religious teachings with contemporary realities. They grapple with privacy concerns, ethical technology use, genetic engineering, and end-of-life care while emphasizing stewardship of the environment and advocating for social justice. Through a steadfast commitment to ethical principles and a dedication to advancing justice and compassion, Muslims endeavor to fulfill their moral responsibilities and embody the ethical vision of Islam in today's world, contributing to a more equitable, compassionate, and sustainable global community.
