Abstract

Participation in congregational gatherings serves as a reflection of a person's religiosity. Such involvement promotes the creation of social capital. Family, friends, and neighborhood informal networks are significant producers of social capital and excellent venues for spreading religious ideas. Social capital and religion derive from the same roots. The current study investigates how social capital influences young people's religious development. Purposive sampling was used in the qualitative investigation. The sample consists of educated young women from Bahawalpur, Pakistan. From a place of learning, 25 in-depth interviews and 5 focus group discussions were done. Themes and narratives were used to analyze the data. The results imply that culture, environment, and family play significant roles in the development of religion. In conclusion, religious traditions have lost their essence and are becoming more and more materialistic.

Abstract

Respecting the Prophets is necessary in every religion and desecrating them is punishable. In 1895 Skladanowsky Bros, started the era of filmography, and after two months Lumiere bros as well, but they didn’t get the well audience. The dramatic irony continued, and they started the filming of Jesus and showing his miracles on screens and theaters, then they got their goals and aims. Time to time western cinema showed his personality as married, as gay and as nudist Prophet, which is not only against Islamic sharīʿah and faith but its Christian religion either. In Islamic point of view, it’s offensive pictorial scenario of the past whole history. In this essay will show out those superstitions and figures out.

Abstract

In 2011, the popular revolt brought about change in the Tunisian presidential palace as it transitioned from authoritarianism to a condition of liminality. However, following the Tunisian President's proclamation, only the democratic success story of the Arab Spring is under jeopardy after ten years of democratic transition. This article seeks to show how the President has increased his authority by invoking Article 80 of the Constitution. It also explains how this action violates the constitution and has a detrimental effect on the political environment. As a result, Tunisia's Islamic movement has dominated the political landscape of the nation since the 2011 uprising and is seen as the leader of the Islamic identity and democratic movement. Finally, it comes to a conclusion that a coup from the Tunisian president occurred amid Rashid Al-Ghannouchi, the Movement's founder and speaker of the Parliament, showing leniency toward Islamic doctrine. Although it appears that the situation is still precarious, Al-Nahda leadership is once again playing a crucial role in fostering a stable political environment through discussion. The main and secondary data in this article have been evaluated using the Discourse Analysis method and its Critical Discourse Analysis method.

Abstract

Without a doubt, human beings are viewed more favorably by educational pedagogy as educated individuals than stupid ones. The educational system makes a distinction between humans and other animals and portrays humans as noble beings. In an Islamic climate where, serious scandals are occurring daily, it has become very challenging. According to Pakistani media, Islamia University, Bahawalpur, Pakistan reported 5500,5400 or maybe 400 obscene video records of dormitory ladies during the time of July 2023. The largest example of sexual exploitation in Pakistan to date is the one involving Islamia University. An earlier event of a such nature at Gomal University in Dera Ismail Khan resulted in the professor's honorable release. According to media reports, the vice chancellor of IUB was only forced to quit because to this incident. Although the Crime Bureau's assessment claims that there is no origin and not even one, chaos quickly spread throughout Pakistan.

Abstract

Radicalization, which is influenced by social, cognitive, and economic variables, is the mental process that justifies violence or violent behavior. Since the invention of the Internet radical organizations have modified their tactics in order to fit the new environment. The Internet has evolved into more than simply a platform for extremist activity; it has also taken the place of the main operating environment and arena where political beliefs are developed, assaults are planned, and exceptional social movements start to take shape. Members of the group meet up online to discuss their religious beliefs and utilize these forums to broaden the scope of action at the individual and organizational levels in order to disseminate their political ideology, hire employees, and organize assaults. The conceptual framework, individual and group dynamic reasons of radicalization, metaphors for describing radicalization, radicalization driven by religion, internet radicalization, and case studies are highlighted in the current study.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the idea of divinity in eastern religions, including Taoism, Hinduism, and so on, and then find commonalities between these religions and this notion. This essay seeks to understand why Eastern traditions deviated from the worship of God and how their conception of divinity came to be. This research is significant because it sheds light on the prevalent beliefs in China and India, which include the worship of ancestors who are fathers and grandfathers, the sanctification of natural forces, the belief in the plurality of deities, and the practice of spiritual worship to achieve the state of union with God. The purpose of this study is to provide answers to the following questions: Is the eastern conception of divinity unified? The research relied on the mother of all texts of eastern beliefs, the Tao, and employed both the inductive and the deductive methods. The study's most significant conclusions are that belief in the monotheistic concept of deity is not the foundation of the ethical and philosophical eastern religions that are most prevalent in China and India. The study also revealed that Eastern beliefs met a plurality of gods, and that people gradually went through stages in their quest to find the god who best suited their needs. They also practiced magic, sorcery, astrology, and other forms of polytheism, as well as worshiping the forces of nature, totems, and humans.

Abstract

The people in many developing nations are unable to exercise their fundamental human rights. Most women are not allowed to enter, own, or inherit land or other property. As a result, they are unable to purchase land. They become reliant on healthy marriage and family relationships as a result of this deprivation. Everybody has the legal and highly legitimate right to inherit, and Islam has explicitly granted this right to women. Unfortunately, Pakistani tradition differs from Islamic custom in this regard. The main goal of this study is to identify the factors that prevent women from inheriting property. The quantitative research approach has been used to achieve the research's aims. Four public universities in Bahawalpur and Lahore underwent a study. The survey was employed as a research technique. Students and instructors with advanced degrees were chosen for the data collecting. This data was subsequently examined to derive the study's conclusions. The study focuses on two key areas. According to poll results, women are denied their religious right to inheritance even in the highly educated sector because of social, cultural, and economical concerns.

Abstract

The idea of undermining the familiar is to challenge the constants and its acknowledged limitations, in contrast to deconstruction and its destructive pursuit. It is accomplished by means of the reception process and the constraints imposed by the way a word or text is formed, as well as by the overall structural and design framework and, specifically, by Arabic calligraphy. This depends on how the dual phenomena and the content's presentation are understood and interpreted by the recipient. More precisely, its expressive phenomenology reveals its actuality; four chapters of research were devoted to the study of "Errors in Islamic Calligraph: A Short Review." The methodological introduction was covered in the first chapter, while the concepts of undermining the familiar and its representations in Arabic calligraphy and embodiment of content and its application in Arabic calligraphy were covered in the second. In contrast, the third chapter described the research methods and the community's approach to thirty-two compositions, from which various conclusions were drawn from the study. The most crucial idea was explained in the fourth chapter. The theoretical framework's design relationships may be the calligraphers' example. In addition to undermining the familiar and embodiment of the content for those who are interested in and concerned with Arabic calligraphy, the current study concentrated on utilizing the constructive movements and energies of letters to enhance, modernize, and revitalize the art of Arabic calligraphy. Furthermore, the study of design treatments was recommended in order to represent the material in Arabic calligraphic forms.

Abstract

They started their agenda, and their religious affairs began to get involved in financial aid, and then in the same way Prophet Moses. From time to time on every prophet (wherever possible) they filmed internationally and nationally. Even producers of Motion Pictures issued a penal code stating that immoral material would not be displayed on any prophet or religion, and that it had the signature of the regular Catholic Church, but later this issue was increased. Hollywood influenced Iranian productions, and Mustafa Akkad promoted similar films, which led to similar actions by later producers.Sunnis are scorned in the Hollywood because of the same disgusting act of Iranians. It is not permissible in any case to insult the prophets and present them in a negative form, moreover in novels, books, or movies. The following are some of the reasons why the prohibition of filmmaking and photography is proved in the best and most perfect way. In the same way, superstitions prove and promote Sharīʿah intuition.in this paper will figure out those offensives false conception of causation that effecting on these parables through the Islamic Sharīʿah.
