Abstract

ABSTRAK Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada masyarata adalah salah satu bagian dari Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi dengan adanya pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat ini turut membantu dalam memberikan solusi terhadap asalah yang ada di tengah masyarakat untuk turut mendukung kesejahteraan dalam IPTEK, Salah satu sasaran pengabdian masyarakat yang akan dilakukan adalah pada komunitas pemuda kampung Bagan Piayu. Kegiatan-kegiatan yang dilakukan di komunitas pemuda kampung bagan piayu adalah pelatihan sablon bagi pemuda atau masyarakat yang bertujuan agar pemuda dan masyarakat piayu agar dapat mengembangkan potensi keterampilan (skill) sebagai modal membuka peluang bisnis serta bisa mengembangkan dan menghasilkan output berupa suatu produk yang kreatif. Metode Pelaksanaan kegiatan pelatihan sablon akan diawali denga memberikan pengetahuan serta mendemostrasikan tentang cara dan proses menyablon kemudian memberikan pengetahuan terkait strategi dalam proses dan cara menyablon pada media kaos. Pada pelatihan ini peserta memahami strategi dalam memulai bisnis sablon sehingga termotivasi untuk membuka lapangan kerja secara mandiri dalam bisnis percetakan. Kata Kunci: Pelatihan,Sablon,IT ABSTRACT Community service activities are one part of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, with the implementation of communityservice helping to provide solutions to problems that exist in society to help support prosperity in science and technology.One of the targets of community service that will be carried out is in the youth community. Bagan Piayu village. The activities carried out in the Bagan Piayu village youth community are screen printing training for youth or the community which aims to enable the Piayu youth and community to develop potential skills as capital to open business opportunities and be able to develop and produce output in the form of a creative product. Method of implementing screen printing training activities will begin by providing knowledge and demonstrating the method and process of screen printing, then providing knowledge regarding strategies in the process and how to screen print on t-shirt media. In this training,participants understand strategies for starting a screen printing business so that they are motivated to create independent employment opportunities in the printing business. Abstract

Pada proses produksi semen pada PT.Semen Padang terkhusus pada proses Rawmill untuk devisi Indaruang II/III dalam pengunaan Bahan Baku yang optimal maka perlu dilakukan peramalan pengunaan bahan baku, PT.Semen Padang menggunakan bahan baku berupa tanah liat (Clay), batu kaput, Batu Silica, Gypsum, Pozzoland, pasir besi atau Copper Slag. Pada proses produksi pemakaian bahan baku terbanyak adalah Material Pozzoland, karena banyak dibutuhkan persediaaan bahan baku yang harus disediakan PT.Semen Padang Penting untuk memperkirakan persedian bahan baku tersebut agar bisa mendapatkan nilai ekonomis pada proses produksi, Unit Cement Mill merupakan bagian yang diamati mengenai pemakaian Pozzoland tersebut. Metode Forecasting merupakan metode yang membantu untuk memberikan usulan. Data Proses Produksi yang di amati adalah mengenai data pemakaian Pozzoland pada unit Cement Mill. Penilaian menggunakan dua metoe peramalan yaitu metode Regresi Linier dan Metode Eksponensial berdasarkanPerhitungan yang dilakukan dengan kedua metode di dapat hasil perhitungan Mape dimana untuk regresi linier memiliki nilai 20 dan metode eksponensial sebesar 19 untuk metode yang terpilih adalah metode ekponesial dengan nilai mape sebesar 19 karena memiliki nilai error lenih kecil dibandingkan menggunakan metode regresi linier.

Abstract

The development of information technology, especially computers, will definitely lead to the development of users, both in terms of technology and devices. As the number of computers increases, job opportunities in the computer field will also become wider. Thus, users need to have the ability to assemble and repair computers. On the occasion of this community service activity, the Faculty of Engineering, Ibnu Sina University invited the people of Tanjung Sengkuang Village, Batu Ampar District, Batam City to provide training and counseling regarding computer repair, both hardware and software. This activity was attended by youth participants from Tanjung Sengkuang Village who are still studying Middle School and High School. The method of implementing this computer repair training activity begins with providing knowledge and demonstrating about installation and maintenance on computers. In this training, participants understand the operating system and how to repair computers, both hardware and software

Abstract

This study aims to review and synthesize recent literature on the optimization of pharmaceutical supply chains in the healthcare sector. Using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach based on PRISMA guidelines, six peer-reviewed articles published between 2020 and 2025 were analyzed in depth. The findings reveal that optimization models such as Mixed Integer Linear Programming (MILP), and the integration of digital technologies—including Artificial Intelligence (AI), blockchain, and the Internet of Things (IoT)—have significantly improved operational efficiency, transparency, and resilience in pharmaceutical logistics. Additionally, lean-digital strategies and resilience-oriented approaches such as supplier diversification and scenario planning have proven effective in addressing supply chain disruptions. The study also highlights research gaps in real-world implementation and calls for the development of integrated frameworks that are adaptive to the dynamics of global healthcare systems. These findings provide strategic insights for practitioners and researchers aiming to design robust and sustainable pharmaceutical supply chains.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of Big Data Analytics (BDA) on production optimization and decision-making in the industrial sector. A Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method was applied, reviewing scientific articles published between 2018 and 2023 from reputable databases such as Scopus, ScienceDirect, and IEEE Xplore. The selection process was conducted in stages using predefined inclusion and exclusion criteria, resulting in six key articles for further analysis. The findings indicate that BDA significantly contributes to improving production efficiency, reducing operational costs, and enhancing the speed and quality of data-driven decision-making. However, several challenges remain in the implementation of BDA, particularly in terms of technological infrastructure, human resource readiness, and system integration. This study provides a comprehensive understanding of the strategic importance of BDA adoption in building industrial competitiveness in the digital era.

Abstract

The pharmaceutical supply chain faces increasing pressure to ensure transparency, safety, and efficiency across global operations. This study presents a systematic literature review (SLR) of global tracking and traceability systems in pharmaceutical logistics, focusing on technological innovations such as RFID, barcoding, and blockchain. A total of six peer-reviewed articles were selected based on inclusion criteria through the PRISMA methodology. The results highlight the growing adoption of traceability systems in developed countries driven by regulatory frameworks such as the DSCSA (USA) and FMD (EU). Technologies such as blockchain show high potential in improving drug authentication and preventing counterfeiting. However, barriers such as high implementation costs, lack of infrastructure, and limited standardization continue to hinder adoption in developing nations. The study concludes that pharmaceutical traceability is a strategic necessity for public health and requires coordinated efforts between governments, industries, and global organizations.

Abstract

Reliable management of medicines and medical supplies is a prerequisite for high-quality pharmacy services. This study evaluates the performance of a Pharmacy Installation against national standards and identifies priority areas for improvement. We employed a descriptive–evaluative design using an assessment instrument aligned with the Directorate General of Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices, Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia (2017), covering two components: Resources (maximum 60) and Management (maximum 40). The results show a total score of 92.46/100, comprising Resources 56.06/60 and Management 36.40/40, classifying performance as compliant with the standard. Strengths are concentrated in operational processes (receipt, distribution, recording and reporting), while opportunities for improvement relate to data-driven planning, strengthening organisational/structural arrangements, and tightening inventory-control practices. Practical implications include implementing clear control parameters (e.g., reorder point and safety stock) and item-priority classifications (e.g., ABC–VED) to stabilise availability, reduce expiry risk, and improve cost efficiency. The study provides a comprehensive snapshot of compliance and a direction of continuous improvement for pharmacy installations.

Abstract

Abstract: Kabupaten Karimun sampai saat ini masih berupaya untuk mengatasi endemi DBD. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk edukasi dan implementasi Gerakan Meral Barat Mencari Jentik Secara Berkala dalam pencegahan penyakit demam berdarah dengue. Metode dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah penyuluhan kesehatan tentang DBD, sesi tanya jawab, pelaksanaan Gerakan Meral Barat Mencari Jentik Secara Berkala. Hasil dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah masyarakan mehamai informasi yang diberikan saat penyuluhan Kesehatan dan masayarakat sudah hidup sehat dengan angkat jentik negative yang tinggi. Lintas sektor perlu melaksanakan tindak lanjut dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini untuk mendapatkan metode pencegahan yang optimal.

Abstract

Abstrak Perancangan Sistem E-Commerce Makeup dan Skincare pada Toko Kalluna Berbasis Web adalah sebuah sistem yang dirancang untuk membantu memasarkan produk secara online, baik itu berupa makeup ataupun skincare berbasis web. Tujuan dari perancangan ini adalah mempermudah konsumen dalam berbelanja makeup dan skincare untuk solusi kecantikan dan kesehatan. untuk membangun sistem dengan menggunakan tahapan perancangan sistem dengan metode waterfall dengan tahapan lima yaitu analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem, penulisan kode program, pengujian program dan penerapan program Sedangkan pemodelan yang digunakan menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML) yang terdiri dari yaitu use case diagram, activity diagram, class diagram dan sequence diagram, serta pengujian program menggunakan black box testing dengan menghasilkan sesuai harapan yang telah dirancang. Hasil pembuatan atau perancangan sistem e-Commerce makeup dan skincare pada Toko Kalluna berbasis web. Web membutuhkan pengambilan data pada saat wawancara sehingga hasil dari web yang berjalan dapat memenuhi kebutuhan para wanita maupun pria agar dapat dengan mudah berbelanja secara online. Pengembangan agar dapat di harapkan dan memenuhi unsur pengguna sesuai perkembangan zaman agar mudah untuk konsumen menjadi lebih lengkap dalam bentuk web yang harus dibuat namun membutuhkan waktu yang tidak singkat serta diperlukan. Sistem ini juga membantu seluruh kalangan wanita maupun pria agar mudah dalam membeli produk.
