Abstract

This research aims to analyze customer perceptions regarding the use of microcredit financing with a focus on the case study of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) KCP Medan Kampung Baru. Utilizing surveys and qualitative data analysis, the research methodology aims to understand the strengths and weaknesses of the sample through observation, interviews and document analysis of the sample's perceptions of the product using Murabahah principles. In this context, research examines the factors that influence public trust in the progress, transparency and quality of the implementation of Murabahah law. The survey collected customer responses from BSI KCP Medan Kampung Baru, while qualitative data analysis was carried out to identify customer views in more detail. It is hoped that the findings of this research will help in understanding the effectiveness of implementing the Murabahah model in micro product development and how it affects customer needs and expectations. The practical implications of this can help Islamic banks improve their products and services and strengthen their ties with customers, especially at BSI KCP Medan Kampung Baru.

Abstract

The large number of UIN-SU students shopping online with the Shopee application made the authors interested in knowing how UIN-SU students perceive shopping in the Shopee application and to find out what factors influence UINSU student satisfaction in shopping online in the Shopee application. So the authors raised the title of the journal UIN-SU Student Perceptions About Online Shopping Through the Shopee Application using a qualitative research method. From the data we got, on average UIN-SU students are satisfied shopping at Shopee because of the free shipping vouchers, and the ShopeePay Later feature, as well as COD. And also those who are not satisfied on average answer because the items ordered are not or do not match what is received.

Abstract

Sistem berita manajemen merupakan sistem yg dibuat buat menyediakan isu buat mendukung pengambilan keputusan perihal aktivitas manajemen (perencanaan, pengorganisasian, aplikasi serta pengendalian) dalam suatu organisasi. Perangkat keras ialah salah satu komponen dan alat yang sangat membantu dalam menjalankan kinerja sitem informasi yang akan di terapkan di dalam komputer. Perangkat keras adalah sebuah alat atau benda yang bisa dilihat, sentuh, pegang dan memiliki fungsi tertentu. Peralatan yang secara fisik terlihat dan bisa diraba atau dipegang. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini yang dimana untuk mengatahui peranan penting perangkat keras dalam sistem informasi yang akan disajikan dalam bentuk teks, gambar, suara, vidio, dan animasi. Adapun penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yang dimana penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif yang mencangkup argumen. Pentingnya hardware (perangkat keras) dikarenakan sebagai perangkat yang dapat langsung ditampilkan dan di pakai untuk mengumpulan, menginput, dikelola, serta menyimpan dan mempublikasikan statistics dalam bentuk pengolahan data Perangkat keras memiliki sejumlah komponen yang dipisahkan sesuai dengan fungsinya.
