Abstract

Stunting is a condition of failure to thrive that occurs in toddlers. stunting is caused by inadequate nutritional intake for a long time due to the provision of food that is not in accordance with WHO nutritional needs), stated that around 150.8 million children under five died due to stunting. The number of stunting children in Indonesia has increased from 27.5% in 2016 to 29.6% in 2017. West Sumatra Health Office in 2018-2021 The prevalence of short toddlers according to TB/U is 2018 (30.8% ), in 2019 (27.7%) and in 2021 (24.4%) the Padang Pariaman District Health Office, with an incidence rate in the last 3 months of 2022 as many as 83 cases at the age of 24-59 months. This study aims to determine the relationship between exclusive breastfeeding and the incidence of stunting in toddlers at the Sikabu Health Center. This type of quantitative research with a Cross Sectional Study approach. The research was conducted on 1 July-31 August 2022 at the Sikabu Health Center. The research sample was 83 people. Sampling by means of Total Sampling. Statistical test using Chi Square degree of significance (p value < 0.05). The results showed that most (81.9%) mothers who had infants under five gave exclusive breastfeeding until they were 6 months old. Most (80.7%) mothers who have toddlers aged 24-59 months do not experience stunting. There is a significant relationship between breastfeeding and the incidence of stunting at the Sikabu Health Center in 2022 with a p value = 0.000 (p value < 0.05). After doing this research, it is hoped that mothers and their families will be aware of the importance of exclusive breastfeeding.Keywords: Exclusive Breastfeeding, Stunting

Abstract

 ABSTRACT Diabetes Mellitus is a chronic metabolic disease where diabetics cannot produce sufficient amounts of insulin or the body is unable to use insulin effectively. The acute complications of DM are diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA) and hyperosmolar hyperglycemic status (SHH). The aim of the research is to determine the factors associated with compliance in controlling diabetes mellitus at the Mapaddegat Health Center in 2023. This type of research is analytical descriptive which was carried out at the Mapaddegat Health Center in July-August 2023, with a total sample size of 56 people. Data were analyzed using univariate and bivariate data with SPSS Chi Square to see the relationship between each variable. The results of the univariate analysis showed that most (55.4%) of the respondents had poor eating patterns, more than half (51.8%) of the respondents were irregular in taking medication, more than half (55.4%) of the respondents were not compliant in controlling diabetes mellitus. . The results of the bivariate analysis showed a relationship between eating patterns and compliance in controlling diabetes mellitus, pValue = 0.015 (p<0.05) OR 1.971, a relationship between exercise habits and compliance in controlling diabetes mellitus, pValue = 0.007 (p<0.05) OR 2.017 , the relationship between taking medication and compliance with Diabetes Mellitus control pValue = 0,000 (p<0.05) OR 3.879. The conclusion is that there is a relationship between eating patterns, exercise habits, taking medication and compliance with diabetes mellitus control at the Mapaddegat Community Health Center in 2023. It is hoped that health workers and nutritionists can always increase the visit schedule for diabetes mellitus sufferers and also provide consultations about nutrition and diet for diabetes sufferers. mellitus.Keywords : Compliance, Control, Diabetes MellitusABSTRAK  Diabetes Mellitus merupakan penyakit metabolik yang berlangsung kronik dimana penderita diabetes tidak bisa memproduksi insulin dalam jumlah yang cukup atau tubuh tidak mampu menggunakan insulin secara efektif. Keadaan komplikasi akut DM adalah ketoasidosis diabetik (KAD) dan Status Hiperglikemi Hiperosmolar (SHH). Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kepatuhan dalam pengendalian diabetes mellitus di Puskesmas Mapaddegat Tahun 2023. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analitik yang dilaksanakan di Puskesmas Mapaddegat pada bulan Juli-Agustus 2023, dengan jumlah sampel total sampel yaitu 56 orang. Data dianalisis menggunakan data univariat dan bivariat dengan SPSS Chi Square  untuk melihat hubungan pada masing-masing variabel. Hasil analisis univariat didapatkan sebagian besar (55,4 %) responden memiliki pola makan buruk, lebih dari separoh (51,8 %) responden tidak teratur dalam minum obat, lebih dari separoh (55,4 %) responden  tidak patuh dalam pengendalian diabetes melitus. Hasil analisis bivariat ada hubungan pola makan dengan kepatuhan dalam pengendalian diabetes mellitus pValue = 0, 015 (p<0,05) OR 1,971,hubungan kebiasaan olahraga dengan kepatuhan pengendalian diabetes mellitus pValue = 0, 007 (p<0,05) OR 2,017, hubungan minum obat dengan kepatuhan pengendalian Diabetes Mellitus pValue = 0, 000 (p<0,05) OR 3,879. Kesimpulan ada hubungan pola makan, kebiasaan olahraga, minum obat dengan kepatuhan pengendalian Diabetes Mellitus di Puskesmas Mapaddegat Tahun 2023.Diharapkan kepada petugas kesehatan, ahli gizi agar dapat selalu meningkatkan jadwal kunjungan pada penderita diabetes melitus dan juga memberikan konsultasi tentang gizi dan diet bagi penderita diabetes melitus.Kata Kunci : Kepatuhan, Pengendalian, Diabetes Melitus

Abstract

 Nurse services are the spearhead in achieving the quality of health services because it is nurses who often have direct contact with patients. The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between the quality of nursing services with the level of patient satisfaction at the Pauh Kamba Health Center.The research method is analytic survey with cross sectional approach. The study was conducted at the Pauh Kamba Community Health Center, in August - September 2022. The population in this study were all 30 patients treated and the sampling technique used was total sampling. Data collection using a questionnaire with guided interviews, with 30 respondents. The results showed (53.3%) respondents were dissatisfied, and 16 (53.3%) stated that they were not qualified in the service of nurses at the 2023 Pauh Kamba Health Center. After conducting statistical tests there is a significant relationship between quality and level of satisfaction (p value = 0.000) with patient satisfaction.Thus it is necessary to improve the quality of nursing services at the Pauh Kamba Health Center, which can be done by completing the facilities for patients and existing nursing equipment. Also provides training to nurses on the quality of nursing services and plenary services.Abstract should be written briefly and factually. Abstract

ABSTRAK Saat ini di negara berkembang terdapat 20% hingga 50% persalinan di rumah sakit dilakukan dengan sectio caesarea akibat berbagai indikasi medis maupun nonmedis. Banyak pasien pre operasi yang mengalami gangguan fisik akibat ansietas yang dialami seperti peningkatan tekanan darah, denyut nadi, suhu tubuh, dan penurunan daya tahan tubuh. Hal ini disebabkan karena  adanya rasa takut dalam melakukan tindakan operasi. Salah satu cara yang digunakan untuk mengurangi rasa cemas pada pasien Pre Operasi adalah dengan menggunakan relaksasi genggam jari (finger hold), dengan menerapkan teknik relaksasi yang sederhana dan mudah dilakukan tanpa membutuhkan banyak energi dan aktifitas fisik, yang sangat cocok diterapkan pada pasien yang bedrest atau pre operasi. Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk melihat Pengaruh Terapi Finger Hold Terhadap Tingkat Kecemasan Pasien Pre Operasi  Sectio Caesarea di Instalasi Bedah Sentral. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian kuantitatif Pra-Eperimental Design dengan One Group Pretest-Posttest. dilaksanakan di Ruang Instalasi Bedah Sentral RSUD DR. H.M Rabain Muara Enim pada bulan Januari-Februari 2024, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 20 responden. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa ada pengaruh terapi finger hold terhadap tingkat kecemasan pasien pre operasi  sectio caesarea di Instalasi Bedah Sentral RSUD DR. H.M Rabain Muara Enim (p value = 0,009). Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi tambahan referensi yang dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif tindakan/terapi dalam penatalaksanaan kecemasan pada pasien pre operasi SC  dengan melakukan teknik relaksasi genggam jari.Kata Kunci : Terapi Finger Hold, Kecemasan, Pasien Pre Operasi Sc
