Abstract

Children who are in contact with law in Indonesia have their own characteristics and handling procedures through the Juvenile Criminal Justice System. Through Law Number 11 of 2021 concerning the Juvenile Criminal Justice System, the state tries to be present to protect children's rights, even though children are perpetrators of crimes. Handling criminal cases against children is certainly different from handling cases against adults, the handling of children is special because it is also regulated in separate regulations. Understanding of the process of handling children's cases, of course, there may still be some in the community who do not understand or understand, so that sometimes it gives rise to various assessments, even more fatal if there is a misjudgment that the handling of children, especially children in legal conflicts 5 get special treatment and there are also those who think that children cannot be punished even though it is not that far, it's just that the handling process is specifically regulated. This study aims to analyze the concept of justice for children in the Indonesian Child Criminal Justice System within the framework of Criminal Justice Reform. The method used in this study is a mixed method between empirical and normative studies. This method is used to answer the substance of justice contained in the Juvenile Criminal Justice System within the framework of criminal justice reform. The location of this research was specifically carried out in the city of Semarang, and several other cities as supporting material. Supporting data in this study were also obtained from various studies on the internet.

Abstract

Abstrak. Perkembangan IPTEK (Ilmu Pengetahuan dan Teknologi) berkembang begitu cepat beriringan dengan kebutuhan masyarakat akan kemudahan pemenuhan kepentingannya. Termasuk kemudahan dalam memperoleh Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB) bagi para pelaku UMKM melalui Online Single Submission (OSS). Tujuan dari pengabdian ini yaitu Tim UNNES Giat 6 Kelurahan Kalibening memberikan kemudahan dan alternatif solusi atas kesulitan pembuatan NIB akibat dari ketidaktahuan dan pemahaman pelaku usaha akan teknologi dan/atau kurangnya kemauan pelaku usaha untuk memperoleh NIB secara manual dengan mendatangi mal pelayanan publik Kota Salatiga. Sehingga hal tersebut dapat menghambat usaha pelaku UMKM untuk membuat NIB sebagai identitas suatu usaha. Pengabdian ini menggunakan metode observasi langsung dan tidak langsung dengan metode pelaksanaan sosialisasi terlebih dahulu, kemudian ditindaklanjuti dengan pendampingan ke lokasi UMKM di Kalibening RT 1 RW 3 Kelurahan Kalibening, Kecamatan Tingkir, Kota Salatiga. Hasil dari program kerja ini diterima oleh pelaku UMKM dengan baik, dimana Pelaku UMKM memperoleh: 1) Memperoleh NIB secara gratis; 2) Mendapatkan dokumen NIB dan dokumen lainnya; 3) Memperoleh banner usaha yang memuat NIB. Kemudian, akun OSS yang sudah dibuatkan akan diserahkan kepada pelaku usaha itu sendiri guna nantinya dapat diakses untuk kepentingan pelaku usaha atas usahanya.Abstract. The development of science and technology (Science and Technology) is growing rapidly in line with society's need for ease of fulfilling its interests. Including the ease of obtaining a Business Identification Number (NIB) for MSMEs through Online Single Submission (OSS). The aim of this service is that the UNNES Giat 6 Kalibening Subdistrict Team provides convenience and alternative solutions to difficulties in making NIBs resulting from business actors' ignorance and understanding of technology and/or the lack of willingness of business actors to obtain NIBs manually by visiting Salatiga City public service malls. So this can hinder the efforts of MSME players to obtain an NIB as the identity of a business. This service uses direct and indirect observation methods with the method of carrying out socialization first, then followed up with assistance to MSME locations in Kalibening RT 1 RW 3, Kalibening Village, Tingkir District, Salatiga City. The results of this work program were well received by MSME actors, where MSME actors received: 1) Obtained NIB for free; 2) Obtain NIB documents and other documents; 3) Obtain business banner which contains NIB. Then, the OSS account that has been created will be handed over to the business actor himself so that it can later be accessed for the benefit of the business actor for his business.Keywords: Business Identification Number (NIB); Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM); Online Single Submission (OSS)
