Abstract

The law that applies to mixed nationality marriages can be seen based on the principles of Indonesian International Civil Law, including the principle of lex loci celebrationis, nationality or joint residence, where the marriage is held, where the husband and wife become citizens after marriage or where the husband and wife live. However, mixed marriages that are not recorded according to applicable regulations do not deprive children of their inheritance rights, especially from their fathers as long as there is recognition with an authentic deed. The fact that the marriage is not recorded does not mean that the marriage is void, but only that it has not been recognized so that the inheritance rights of the children are not obtained properly. Decision.of.the.Constitutional.Court.No.46/PUU-VIII/2010 is the latest legal breakthrough in which children outside the marriage of an unregistered marriage still have civil rights from both parents.

Abstract

Abstrak. A sustainable environment faces various challenges in the modern era, such as global warming, forest destruction, air pollution, and decreasing water quality. To overcome this challenge, a holistic and targeted solution is needed. One of the main solutions is through wise management of natural resources, promotion of renewable energy, and protection of ecosystems. Apart from that, public awareness is also an important key in supporting efforts towards a sustainable environment. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach to gain an in-depth understanding of the concept and implementation of sustainable environment. With this research method, it is hoped that a clear picture of the challenges and solutions can be obtained in an effort towards a sustainable environment as well as recommendations that can be applied to support environmental sustainability in the future. keywords: sustainable environment, challenges and solutions, earth's ecosystem Abstrak. Lingkungan yang berkelanjutan menghadapi berbagai tantangan di era modern, seperti pemanasan global, kerusakan hutan, polusi udara, dan penurunan kualitas air. Untuk mengatasi tantangan ini, diperlukan solusi holistik dan tepat sasaran. Salah satu solusi utamanya adalah melalui pengelolaan sumber daya alam yang bijaksana, promosi energi terbarukan, dan perlindungan ekosistem. Selain itu, kesadaran masyarakat juga menjadi kunci penting dalam mendukung upaya menuju lingkungan yang berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif untuk mendapatkan pemahaman mendalam tentang konsep dan implementasi lingkungan berkelanjutan. Dengan metode penelitian ini, diharapkan dapat diperoleh gambaran yang jelas mengenai tantangan dan solusi dalam upaya menuju lingkungan yang berkelanjutan serta rekomendasi yang dapat diterapkan untuk mendukung keberlanjutan lingkungan di masa mendatang.
