Abstract

Seeing the many interests, it is possible that there will be conflicts or fights between people because of conflicting interests. So that for each of these interests, of course, protection is needed which will all be fulfilled if regulations have been created that determine how and how a person should behave in social life so that nothing is detrimental in this matter. So the purpose of this research is to describe the background and chronology of the kanjuruhan event, and to describe the kanjuruhan event when viewed from the perspective of law and society. Writing in this journal uses the Normative Legal Research method, where secondary data is collected using library research techniques or other literature which is then analyzed using qualitative methods accompanied by existing legal and regulatory bases. The results of the study show that the kanjuruhan tragedy is classified as a crime against humanity, where the regulation is clear in Law Number 26 of 2000 article 9, this is based on a reflection of the form of the attack that occurred at Kanjuruhan Stadium, namely an act of murder and torture.

Abstract

Pemilihan metode penelitian yang tepat merupakan kunci utama dalam menentukan kualitas hasil penelitian ilmiah. Artikel ini membahas tiga hal utama dalam metodologi penelitian, yaitu pengertian metodologi penelitian, jenis-jenis metode penelitian, serta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pemilihan metode penelitian. Dengan memahami ketiga aspek tersebut, peneliti diharapkan mampu memilih pendekatan penelitian yang paling sesuai dengan permasalahan yang diteliti, sehingga hasil penelitian dapat memberikan kontribusi yang valid dan bermanfaat dalam pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan.

Abstract

Anemia penyakit kronis (APK) merupakan anemia normositik normokromik yang terjadi pada penderita penyakit kronis. Keilitis deskuamatif adalah kondisi berupa inflamasi dan pengelupasan terus-menerus pada bibir. Artikel ini menyajikan kondisi keilitis deskuamatif pada penderita APK, beserta manifestasi, patofisiologi, dan manajemen di bidang kedokteran gigi. Seorang perempuan berusia 48 tahun datang ke IGD RS. Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto pada tanggal 27 September 2024 dengan keluhan utama sesak napas sejak dua hari yang lalu, disertai batuk, nyeri dada, demam, perut membesar, begah, dan bibir kering mudah berdarah. Pasien memiliki riwayat penyakit mioma uteri dan telah dikuret. Pemeriksaan darah lengkap pasien menderita APK. Penderita dirawatinap dengan terapi transfusi darah dan medikasi farmakologi berupa infus steril, injeksi antifibrinolitik, antijamur, antibakteri, serta mutivitamin. Disimpulkan bahwa APK merupakan suatu kondisi defisiensi zat besi yang dapat menyebabkan infeksi sekunder berupa keilitis deskuamatif, diterapi dengan meningkatkan asupan zat besi serta manajemen stres pasien.

Abstract

This study examines the variation of language in slogans used in advertisements on the online shopping site Shopee from a sociolinguistic perspective. With the increasing popularity of online shopping in Indonesia, Shopee utilizes various language strategies to attract and retain users. However, not all consumers understand the meaning and function of language variation in these advertising slogans. The purpose of this study is to identify the forms of language variation and explain their functions in the context of Shopee's promotions. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach, analyzing 12 advertising slogans found on the Shopee shopping site. The results of the study indicate the presence of two types of language variation: foreign language terms, such as (cashback, flash sale, birthday sale, and big sale); and slang terms, such as (free shipping XTRA). In addition, two main language functions were identified. The first is the informational function to convey information about products or promotions, such as (guaranteed discounts, discounts of up to 50%, free shipping throughout Indonesia, and everything for 10.000 rupiah). The second is the directive function to encourage consumers to make purchases, such as (buy everything, come on, and now). This study provides insights into the language strategies used by Shopee to achieve effective communication in marketing products and attracting the attention of its target consumers.
