Abstract

Penelitian menelaah pasar keramat Pacet, yang merupakan salah satu pasar tradisional di Jawa Timur, beradaptasi dengan perkembangan zaman dan menjaga kelestarian wisata budaya dan kuliner tradisionalnya. Media sosial berperan dan digunakan  sebagai sarana promosi untuk menarik minat pengunjung dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan para pedagang. Dengen pendekatan kualitatif berdasar data dari wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi, penelitian mengungkap proses pelestarian pasar keramat Pacet. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa 1) pasar keramat memiliki ciri khas dan keunikan tersendiri yang bisa menjadi daya tarik wisata dan 2) media sosial menjadi salah satu faktor penting dalam mempromosikan wisata budaya dan kuliner tradisional yang cukup efektif dan menyasar banyak audien.The research examines the Pacet sacred market, which is one of the traditional markets in East Java, adapting to the times and preserving its cultural tourism and traditional culinary delights. Social media plays a role and is used as a promotional tool to attract visitor interest and improve the welfare of traders. Using a qualitative approach based on data from interviews, observation and documentation, the research reveals the process of preserving Pacet's sacred market. The research results state that 1) sacred markets have their own characteristics and uniqueness which can become a tourist attraction and 2) social media is an important factor in promoting traditional cultural and culinary tourism which is quite effective and targets many audiences.

Abstract

This study discusses the Labor-Intensive U-Ditch Production Program as a strategy to improve the welfare of low-income communities (MBR) in Tambak Wedi Village, Kenjeran District, Surabaya, and collaboration between stakeholders in its implementation. The method used is qualitative with a case study approach. The subjects of the study included program workers, the Bina Marga Agency, and CV Nahila Perkasa Mandiri selected through purposive sampling. Data collection techniques include interviews, observations, and documentation, analyzed through data reduction, presentation, and verification with source triangulation to ensure validity. The results of the study show that this program has succeeded in creating jobs, increasing income, providing access to health services, developing new skills, and strengthening social relations in the community. Collaboration between stakeholders is effective, where the Surabaya government acts as an initiator and facilitator, the Water Resources and Bina Marga Agency manages and supervises the program, sub-district heads and village heads help with socialization, the community actively participates as workers, and CV Nahila Perkasa Mandiri provides U-Ditch materials. This program not only has an impact on improving economic welfare, but also contributes to strengthening social relations and developing community capacity.
