Abstract

Advances in information and communication technology have had a major impact on various kinds of human life, including the economy and business. Digital transformation has conquered the production, distribution, marketing and consumption of goods and services. The type of research carried out is Systematic Literature Review. The research aims to examine the role of digital marketing strategies in increasing sales. There were 732 research findings found through the Google Scholar database, 170 findings were found to be in accordance with the concept of the specified criteria and from a total of 170 research findings, 14 research journals were found that were in accordance with the research concept, of these 14 journals there were 4 research findings that were excluded because they were summaries. from a thesis/thesis/dissertation obtained from the university's web repository and there is 1 journal that has the same title. So the total journals that are relevant to the keywords are 9 journals. The results of research questions 1 and 2 show that almost all journals use the same digital marketing strategy to increase sales. Keywords: Digital Marketing, Strategy, Systematic Literature Review

Abstract

Alat dan Mesin Pertanian (Alsintan) merupakan alat pertanian yang digunakan sebagai fasilitas bantuan untuk memudahkan serta membantu para petani dalam proses pengelolaan lahan sampai hasil pertanian. Proses untuk mendapatkan manfaat Alsintan melibatkan kelompok petani yang mengajukan permintaan bantuan kepada dinas pertanian. Selanjutnya, petugas meninjau dokumentasi untuk menentukan kesesuaiannya, setelah disetujui proposal dikirim ke otoritas pusat (Kementerian Pertanian). Identifikasi kelompok petani yang memenuhi syarat untuk bantuan saat ini dilakukan masih bersifat manual, tidak memiliki sistem untuk mencatat data penilaian, yang mengakibatkan alokasi bantuan yang kurang tepat dan terarah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan penerima bantuan yang layak dan pantas mendapatkan dukungan Alsintan dengan menerapkan konsep pendukung keputusan. Sistem pendukung keputusan adalah proses metodis dalam memilih opsi terbaik dari beberapa pilihan lalu menggunakan opsi pilihan tersebut untuk memecahkan permasalahan secara metodis. Metode yang dipakai untuk penelitian penentuan penerima Alsintan yaitu kombinasi Multi Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) dan Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), dimana metode AHP digunakan sebagai penentuan bobot kriteria dan metode MAUT digunakan untuk perangkingan alternatif. Metode AHP memiliki 7 tahapan yaitu membuat struktur hirarki, kriteria perbandingan berpasangan, menghitung konsistensi logis, menghitung eigen vector, menghitung Consistency Index (CI), menghitung Consistency Ratio (CR), dan memeriksa konsistensi. Metode MAUT terdapat 4 tahapan diantaranya membuat matriks keputusan, menghitung normalisasi matriks, menghitung utilitas margin, dan menghitung utilitas akhir. Dataset yang didapatkan dalam penelitian berjumlah 54 data dimana data yang digunakan untuk perhitungan dengan menerapkan metode AHP dan MAUT yaitu 10 data. Hasil akhir perhitungan menggunakan metode AHP dan MAUT menghasilkan alternatif yang mendapatkan nilai total tertinggi yaitu alternatif Sidabu-dabu dengan nilai total 0.9271, sedangkan alternatif dengan nilai total terendah yaitu alternatif Sejahtera dengan nilai 0.1864. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan ini bisa menjadi pertimbangan untuk dinas pertanian Padang Lawas dalam menentukan keputusan kelompok tani yang layak dalam penerimaan bantuan Alsintan.

Abstract

Risk management is a stage to identify and address risks affecting a system or project. The risk mitigation process takes time and must be carried out periodically to be effective. In the context of education, information technology plays an important role in increasing the speed and accuracy of decision-making, including in risk mitigation. This study aims to apply the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) and Fuzzy Logic methods to provide recommendations for risk mitigation that must be prioritized in a university environment. This research method uses a combination of Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) and Fuzzy Logic. Starting with using SAW to determine the criteria, weights, and suitability ratings, followed by making a decision matrix and normalization. The ranking data is then processed with Fuzzy Logic to handle uncertainty and produce objective decisions through the formation of a rule-base, inference, and defuzzification. The research dataset consists of 50 risk records and criteria used in the risk mitigation process obtained from the University. The results of the study indicate that the application of DSS using the SAW and Fuzzy Logic methods provides recommendations for risk mitigation with the results of 1 data not recommended for risk mitigation, 8 data highly recommended, and 4 data recommended for mitigation. This study contributes to designing an effective decision support system, allowing university leaders to make appropriate risk mitigation decisions based on relevant and accurate data using the SAW and Fuzzy Logic methods
