Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of emotional maturity in facing the quarter life crisis in students. The Hypothesis porposed in thius reseacrh is that there is an influence of emotional maturity in facing the quarter lufe crisis. The reseacrh method used in the reseacrh is a quantitative method. The subjects in this students aged 19-25 years old who were inemployement. This research use purposive as a sampling method. This research uses product moments which are used to analyze data obtainerd using SPSS programs. The result of the hypothesis test there is a significant negative correlation between emotional maturity and quarter life crisis.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the relationship between self-regulation and psychological well-being with fear of missing out at the age of emerging adulthood. This study involved 104 samples of individuals who were in the emerging adulthood period with an age range of 18 to 29 years. The data collection technique was carried out online via google form using a purposive random sampling technique. Based on the results of the Spearman Rho Non-Parametric test analysis, the correlation coefficient value between self-regulation and fear of missing out was obtained at -0.331 and sig. or p of 0.001 (p <0.05). This shows that there is a negative relationship between self-regulation and fear of missing out at the age of emerging adulthood. Furthermore, the correlation coefficient value between psychological well-being and fear of missing out is -0.449 and sig. or p of 0.000 (p <0.05). This shows that there is a significant negative relationship between psychological well-being and fear of missing out at the age of emerging adulthood. Keywords: Self-regulation; Psychological well-being; Fear of missing out; Emerging adulthood period Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara self regulation dan psychological well being dengan fear of missing out pada usia emerging adulthood. Penelitian ini melibatkan 104 sampel individu yang berada pada masa emerging adulthood dengan rentang usia 18 sampai 29 tahun. Teknik pengambilan data dilakukan secara online melalui google form dengan menggunakan teknik purposive random sampling. Berdasarkan dari hasil analisis uji Non Parametrik Spearman Rho, maka diperoleh nilai koefisien korelasi antara self regulation dengan fear of missing out sebesar -0.331 dan sig. atau p sebesar 0,001 (p < 0,05). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan negatif antara self regulation dengan fear of missing out pada usia emerging adulthood. Selanjutnya nilai koefisien korelasi antara psychological well being dengan fear of missing out sebesar -0.449 dan sig. atau p sebesar 0,000 (p < 0,05). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara psychological well being dengan fear of missing out pada usia emerging adulthood. Abstract

Mahasiswa merupakan bagian dari suatu lembaga pendidikan tinggi yang dituntut untuk dapat berprestasi di bidang akademik dan non-akademik. Mahasiswa dengan banyak permasalahan yang ada, dapat memilih salah satu cara dari proses atau tahapan penyelesaian masalah, misalnya cara menanggapi, menguji, memilih respon, yang dapat membantunya dalam menyelesaikan masalah (problem solving). Untuk mengetahui adanya hubungan antara Intelligence Quotien dan Kestabilan Emosi dengan Problem Solving pada mahasiswa. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa yang berusia 18-24 tahun di Universitas Darul ‘Ulum Jombang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 35 Mahasiswa dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik incidental sampling, yaitu teknik pengambilan sampel secara kebetulan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan penyusunan skala problem solving mengacu pada aspek-aspek problem solving yang dikemukakan oleh Anderson. Dalam penelitian ini untuk mengungkap IQ menggunakan CFIT. Berdasarkan hasil ditemukan kolerasi positif antara intelligence quotient dan kestabilan emosi dengan problem solving pada mahasiswa. Jadi intelligence quotient dan kestabilan emosi yang ada pada diri individu dapat mempengaruhi probem solving, dan masing-masing variabel memiliki sumbangan efektif pada problem solving. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi intelligence quotient dan kestabilan emosi yang dimiliki mahasiswa, maka semakin baik pula problem solving.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationship between personal branding influencers on social media and product purchasing decisions among teenagers. The subjects of this study were 75 students from MAN 4 Jombang. The sampling method used in this study was Purposive Random Sampling, with sample criteria being students aged 17 to 19 years. Data collection used in this study was a questionnaire and a Google form consisting of a 35-item personal branding influencer scale and a 45-item purchasing decision scale. Based on the Pearson Product-Moment statistical analysis, it is known that the correlation value rxy = 0.473, p = 0.000, where p <0.05 means that the higher the personal branding influencer on social media, the higher the consumer's purchasing decision on the product. Therefore, it can be concluded that the hypothesis in this study is accepted, namely that there is a relationship between personal branding influencers on social media and product purchasing decisions among teenagers.
