<![CDATA[This research aims to improve learning outcomes in geography subjects by implementing the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model in class XI IIS SMA Negeri 2 Malinau. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (PTK) which is carried out in two action cycles. Each cycle consists of several stages, namely planning, implementing actions, observing and reflecting. The first cycle discusses Biosphere Phenomena material and the second cycle discusses Anthroposphere Phenomenon material. The subjects in this research were class XI IIS students at SMA Negeri 2 Malinau for the 2022/2023 academic year, consisting of 34 students. Data collection was carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of data analysis, it is known that students' affective learning outcomes in cycle I were 62.28% and for cycle II were 80.58%. The increase in affective learning outcomes that occurred from cycle I to cycle II was 18.30%. Apart from that, students' psychomotor learning outcomes in cycle I were 60.57% and for cycle II were 80.29%. The increase in psychomotor learning outcomes that occurred from cycle I to cycle II was 19.72%. Meanwhile, the completeness of students' cognitive learning outcomes in cycle I was 64.71% and for cycle II it was 76.47%. The increase in completeness of cognitive learning outcomes that occurred from cycle I to cycle II was 11.76%. The results of this research show that by implementing the Problem Based Learning learning model, it is possible to improve learning outcomes in geography subjects for class XI IIS SMA Negeri 2 Malinau for the 2022/2023 academic year. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran geografi dengan penerapan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) di kelas XI IIS SMA Negeri 2 Malinau. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilakukan dalam dua siklus tindakan. Setiap siklus terdiri dari beberapa tahap yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Siklus pertama membahas tentang materi Fenomena Biosfer dan siklus kedua tentang materi Fenomena Antroposfer. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI IIS SMA Negeri 2 Malinau Tahun Pelajaran 2022/2023 yang terdiri dari 34 siswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diketahui bahwa hasil belajar afektif siswa pada siklus I sebesar 62,28% dan untuk siklus II sebesar 80,58%. Peningkatan hasil belajar afektif yang terjadi dari siklus I ke siklus II adalah sebesar 18,30%. Selain itu, hasil belajar psikomotor siswa pada siklus I sebesar 60,57% dan untuk siklus II sebesar 80,29%. Peningkatan hasil belajar psikomotor yang terjadi dari siklus I ke siklus II adalah sebesar 19,72%. Sedangkan, ketuntasan hasil belajar kognitif siswa pada siklus I sebesar 64,71% dan untuk siklus II sebesar 76,47%. Peningkatan ketuntasan hasil belajar kognitif yang terjadi dari siklus I ke siklus II adalah sebesar 11,76%. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar mata pelajaran geografi kelas XI IIS SMA Negeri 2 Malinau Tahun Pelajaran 2022/2023.]]>
