Abstract

Toddlers are a golden period where there are important times in the process of human growth and development. Stunting is a chronic nutritional problem in toddlers which is characterized by shorter height compared to children their age. Posyandu (integrated service post) is the government's effort to facilitate the Indonesian people in obtaining maternal and child health services. The main purpose of the posyandu is to prevent an increase in maternal and infant mortality during pregnancy, childbirth, or afterward through empowerment in which one of the Percut Village programs, Percut Sei Tuan District in dealing with maternal and child problems is the posyandu which is carried out 6 times per month and 1 time implementation. posbindu. Objective: This study aims to describe the level of knowledge of mothers about stunting in Percut Village, Percut Sei Tuan Dusun 17 Percut Village. Methodology: This research is quantitative with descriptive method. Respondents in this study were mothers who had toddlers at the Posyandu in Dusun 17 with data collection techniques through interviews, as well as distributing questionnaires. Result : The majority of maternal age is in the early adult category as many as 19 respondents with a percentage (63.3%). It can be seen that the mother's last education was dominant at the high school education level, where the respondents were 22 (73.3%). Meanwhile, it can be seen that the majority of mothers work as housewives (IRT) as many as 28 respondents (93.3%). It is also seen that the monthly income earned by the majority of Percut Village residents is above Rp. 1,500,000 as many as 17 respondents (56.7%).

Abstract

Satisfaction of health service providers is very important, but satisfaction is often neglected or forgotten. Patient satisfaction is an important aspect in measuring the quality of health services. Research objective: analysis of the effect of health service quality on patient satisfaction of JKN participants in Indonesia. The state of public health greatly affects health services in Indonesia. The type of research carried out is The method used in writing literature review. The population is JKN participants in Indonesia. Based on the results of a literature review of 10 journals obtained, it shows that there is a significant relationship between the effect of the quality of health services on the satisfaction of patients participating in the national health insurance in Indonesia. In this literature review, it is also concluded that there is a relationship between the quality of health services and the satisfaction of patients participating in the National Health Insurance (ρ<0.05).

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang JKN atau Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional Sebagai salah satu bentuk perlindungan sosial untuk menjamin seluruh rakyat agar dapat memenuhi kebutuhan dasar hidupnya yang layak. Dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui, Peran JKN juga tingkat kepuasan masyarakat terhadap pelayanan kesehatan dengan menggunakan JKN faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat kepuasan peserta JKN. kajian ini mengunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian analitik dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional, juga penelitian deskriptif. Dimana mix method antara kuantitatif dan kualitatif dengan desain urutan pembuktian (sequential explanatory), Focus Group Discussion, dan studi pustaka. Pengambilan sampel dengan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner dengan variabel yang terdiri dari pendidikan, pendapatan, pengetahuan, informasi tentang JKN, pekerjaan, riwayat penyakit katastropik, dukungan keluarga, jumlah anggota keluarga, dan pola pencarian pelayanan kesehatan. Hasil penelitian Pelayanan kesehatan dalam program Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) diberikan secara berjenjang, efektif dan efisien dengan menerapkan prinsip kendali mutu dan kendali biaya. Pelayanan kesehatan dilaksanakan secara berjenjang dimulai dari pelayanan kesehatan tingkat pertama. Pelayanan kesehatan tingkat kedua hanya dapat diberikan atas rujukan dari pelayanan kesehatan tingkat pertama. Pelayanan kesehatan tingkat ketiga hanya dapat diberikan atas rujukan dari pelayanan kesehatan tingkat kedua atau tingkat pertama, kecuali pada keadaan gawat darurat, kekhususan Permasalahan kesehatan pasien, pertimbangan geografis dan pertimbangan ketersediaan fasilitas.
