Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui daya terima dan substitusi Pizza Dough mana yang lebih disukai oleh panelis. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan uji proksimat dan uji organoleptik pada Pizza Dough dengan substitusi tepung sorgum (TS) dan tepung kulit pisang kepok (TKPK) 0%, 90%:10%, 80%: 20% dan 70%: 30% Serta penelitian ini juga menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan probability sampling. Dan jumlah sampel yang didapatkan dari populasi menggunakan rumus Slovin adalah sebanyak 100 panelis. Dari data yang telah diolah dengan menggunakan Uji Analisis Deskriptif, Analisis Frekuensi serta Uji Friedman dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 27. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Panelis lebih menyukai Pizza Dough dengan substitusi TS dan TKPK 90% :10% dari segi aroma dan rasa. (2) Pizza Dough dengan substitusi TS dan TKPK 90% :10% memiliki nutrisi yang lebih baik daripada Pizza Dough TS dan TKPK 0%. (3) Ditemukan perbedaan dari perlakuan terhadap Pizza Dough TS dan TKPK 0%, 90%:10%, 80%: 20% dan 70%: 30%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa puas seseorang mengunjungi Hotel Amos Cozy. Jenis pendekatan yang digunakan adalah deskripsi kuantitatif dengan rumus Slovin. Terdapat berbagai fenomena menarik terkait loyalitas kunjungan konsumen diantaranya adalah design dan komunikasi visual. Tujuan dari penelitian tersebut adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Store Atmosphere terhadap loyalitas kunjungan konsumen di Hotel Amos Cozy dan menganalisis pengaruh Store Atmosphere dan loyalitas kunjungan konsumen di Hotel Amos Cozy. Data menggunakan sampel jenuh sebanyak 384 responden. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis linier sederhana. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa design dan komunikasi visual sangat berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas kunjungan konsumen. Saran dari peneliti untuk Store Atmosphere adalah untuk meningkatkan loyalitas pengunjung dengan memberikan design menarik dan menciptakan suasana aman dan nyaman bagi pengunjung.

Abstract

This research contains a SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat) analysis which was carried out at the Batulayang Tourism Village, precisely in Cisarua District, Bogor Regency. SWOT analysis (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat) is a method of identifying several factors systematically in order to formulate a strategy for a bureaucracy. SWOT analysis also has an IFAS (Internal Factor Analysis Strategic) matrix where IFAS is a calculation made to determine how weak or strong a company's internal conditions are. Meanwhile, the EFAS Matrix (External Factor Analysis Strategic) is a calculation to find out how the Company responds to its external conditions. After calculating each matrix, the weights of each matrix will be entered into the IE (Internal & External) matrix. This research is qualitative research which aims to determine management based on SWOT analysis. In this research, the resource persons consisted of the Head of Batulayang Village, the Secretary of Batulayang Tourism Village, and also visitors. This research resulted in a score of 2.91 on the IFAS and a score of 2.34 for the EFAS for the Batulayang Tourism Village. Where these results occupy quadrant V and a suitable strategy for the Batulayang tourist village is to penetrate the market and develop products.

Abstract

The MICE (Meeting, Incentive, Convention, Exhibition) industry in Jakarta has seen rapid growth, driving the demand for professional event. 'Banyak Jalan' Management emerged as a talent provider—offering SPGs, ushers, MCs, and more—focused on talent management strategies to enhance business competitiveness. This study aims to analyze the company’s strategies in talent provision and placement within the MICE sector. This research employs a qualitative case study approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with the company’s management (owner, HR, and finance), along with direct observation of several MICE events in Jakarta. The analysis focuses on recruitment, training, talent placement strategies, and strategic partnerships used to meet market demands. Findings indicate that strategies such as digital recruitment, tailored training, and service flexibility beyond standard operations contribute to business success. Long-term collaborations with major brands also strengthen stability. Challenges include demand fluctuations, limited availability of high-quality new talent, and expectation gaps with clients. It is recommended that the company develop an integrated digital platform, enhance talent evaluation systems, and expand strategic partnerships to support sustainable business growth.

Abstract

Pranita Rasa Vegetarian Restaurant, located in Pluit, North Jakarta, has its own challenges in increasing the sales volume of its products, one of which is a non-animal (vegetarian) burger product called Chick'n Mentai Burger.The purpose of this study is to see whether creativity and innovation have an influence in increasing the sales volume of Chick'n Mentai Burger products. The research method used is quantitative. The population in this study is customers and consumers of Pranita Rasa Vegetarian Restaurant whose number is not known exactly. The sampling technique used in this study is n probability sampling. The results showed that creativity and innovation had a significant influence on the sales volume of Chick'n Mentai Burger products at Pranita Rasa Vegetarian Restaurant, Pluit, North Jakarta. Therefore, it is important for Pranita Rasa Vegetarian Restaurant to continue to encourage creativity and innovation in its product development as a strategy to maintain and increase competitiveness in the vegetarian fast food market. The results of the analysis show that efforts to introduce variety and innovation in products, including the development of new recipes, attractive presentations, and creative marketing strategies, provide a boost to increased consumer interest and sales volume.

Abstract

In this digital age, marketing is the key to the success of a company, the role of marketing itself is increasingly crucial when the competition is getting tighter plus market conditions tend to change. This intense competition will make consumers face many choices in determining the products they want to buy and consume. Consumers have turned into what is referred to as leisumers (leisure consumers). Experience-based consumption such as vacations, dine-outs, hanging out in cafes, watching concerts, gyms, yoga, to online games is increasing rapidly making the leisure sector grow so fast that it surpasses other sectors, including the restaurant sector which is now improving the quality of its services to meet consumers who have changed their behavior. The purpose of this research is to find out how the effectiveness of the restaurant strategy of cerita rasa nusantara restaurant in marketing its products with the culinary concept of the archipelago when the rise of restaurants rebranding with modern concepts today. This study uses a descriptive quantitative method using a Likert scale on the research instrument. The research population was all customers of the Nusantara flavor story restaurant with a total sample of 96. The results showed that marketing strategy had a significant and positive effect on consumer attraction. This shows that the marketing efforts made by the restaurant have a positive impact on attracting consumer interest, which can lead to an increase in visits and sales of the restaurant.
