Abstract

This research is motivated by the current post-pandemic conditions which have caused lost learning which has an impact on student learning outcomes. This study aims to determine: Does the blended learning strategy have a significant effect on students' mathematical creative thinking abilities in linear program courses. The type of research used is quantitative research using the Pre-Experimental method. The population in this study were active students at the University of Muhammadiyah Tangerang, and through a probability sampling technique, the sampling technique used in this study was a saturated sampling technique where the sample was not randomly selected and there was no control variable. The population in this study were 5th semester students who took the Linear Program course. A sample of 20 people was obtained consisting of 5th semester mathematics education students. The data collection instrument used a mathematical creative thinking ability test. While testing the hypothesis using the t-test. It is known that more than 60% of students have a fairly high ability to think creatively mathematically, students do test questions using different methods and strategies. The results showed that blended learning-based learning had a significant influence on students' mathematical creative thinking skills in linear program courses.

Abstract

This research intends to assess the influence of blockchain technology adoption on operational efficiency and consumer trust in digital enterprises. Blockchain technology, with its decentralized, transparent and safe properties, is predicted to have a favorable impact on several elements of business operations and boost consumer trust. The research method employed is a quantitative approach by collecting data through surveys and interviews with organizations that have incorporated blockchain technology. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive and inferential statistical techniques to test the stated hypotheses. The research results demonstrate that the deployment of blockchain technology greatly boosts operational efficiency, particularly in terms of reduced transaction costs, increased processing speed, and reduced operational errors. Apart from that, customer confidence has also improved dramatically, notably in areas of openness, security and data protection. These findings demonstrate that blockchain technology not only contributes to enhancing the operational performance of enterprises, but also boosting the trust relationship between firms and consumers. The conclusion of this study is that the implementation of blockchain technology has a considerable positive influence on operational efficiency and consumer trust in digital enterprises. Therefore, organizations working in the digital ecosystem are recommended to explore integrating blockchain technology as a strategy to boost competitiveness and consumer trust.

Abstract

This activity aims to provide digital food and beverage training in order to increase knowledge, and implement and produce high-quality and hygienic food to consumers by utilizing various online media to grow increased income for the Banda Aceh Cake industry. The location of community service activities is carried out offline at Banda Aceh Cake on the 18th to the 22nd of November 2021. Community service activities use methods with stages of presentation, discussion, case studies, and evaluation. The results of the activity provide knowledge for participants and owners of food technology innovation by staying abreast of the development of the food industry and adapting to trends so that the technology used in the digital food and beverage industry benefits businesses and consumers, especially for Banda Aceh Cake.

Abstract

The development of the Smart City concept has become the main focus for many cities throughout the world, including in Indonesia. The city of Banda Aceh, as one of the important cities in Indonesia, also faces challenges and opportunities in realizing this vision. One of the main challenges faced is the lack of adequate technological infrastructure. This hampers the implementation of various Smart City services such as smart transportation systems and technology-based waste management. Apart from that, the low quality of telecommunications services also affects the growth of the digital economic sector in this city. However, there are significant opportunities to overcome these challenges. The use of technological innovations such as the Internet of Things (IoT) can be an effective solution. Collaboration between the public, private and community sectors is also key in facing these challenges. There is a need to increase investment in technological infrastructure and increase public awareness of the importance of the Smart City concept. By overcoming challenges and taking advantage of existing opportunities, the City of Banda Aceh can progress in realizing the vision of a Smart City that is inclusive, sustainable and highly competitive. This will provide great benefits for city residents in improving the quality of life and sustainable economic growth.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara kritis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan usaha kecil, dengan fokus pada usaha mikro di Bamenda, Kamerun. Menggunakan pendekatan metode campuran, penelitian ini memadukan data kuantitatif dari survei terhadap 200 manajer usaha kecil dengan wawancara kualitatif mendalam pada 15 manajer terpilih. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun faktor keberhasilan seperti kompetensi manajerial dan akses terhadap sumber daya keuangan konsisten dengan temuan sebelumnya, terdapat faktor-faktor unik yang berkaitan dengan konteks sosial-ekonomi Bamenda. Jaringan bisnis, inovasi, dan pengelolaan hubungan terbukti menjadi elemen penting dalam menentukan keberhasilan usaha kecil di wilayah ini. Selain itu, penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya dukungan eksternal, termasuk akses terhadap pembiayaan dan teknologi, yang memfasilitasi pengembangan usaha. Sementara kompetensi manajerial tetap menjadi penentu utama keberhasilan, kolaborasi strategis dalam jaringan bisnis serta kemitraan dengan pemasok juga memainkan peran signifikan dalam meningkatkan daya saing dan keberlanjutan usaha kecil. Studi ini memberikan kontribusi penting bagi literatur akademis terkait manajemen usaha kecil di negara berkembang, sekaligus memberikan rekomendasi untuk kebijakan yang mendukung pertumbuhan usaha kecil melalui peningkatan akses terhadap sumber daya, pelatihan manajerial, dan penguatan jaringan bisnis.
