Abstract

Pemberian Bantuan Langsung Tunai Dana Desa ada permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh pihak desa dalam menentukan siapa yang benar-benar berhak menerima bantuan tersebut sehingga masih banyak masyarakat yang tidak mendapatkan bantuan tersebut secara keseluruhan dan ketidak sinkronan penerima bantuan langsung tunai dana desa. Selain itu adanya masyarakat yang mendapatkan bantuan lain dari pemerintah lebih dari 1 (satu) kali. Pada penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan SPK metode Multifactor Evaluation Process dengan lima kriteria yaitu Status, Usia, Penghasilan, Tanggungan dan Pernah menerima bantuan. Dengan sistem ini diharapakan dapat memberikan solusi bagi pihak desa yang akan memberikan bantuan langsung tunai dana desa agar bantuan tersebut tersalurkan secara tepat dan merata. Bahasa Pemrograman yang digunakan dalam pembuatan sistem ini yaitu Visual Basic Net 2010 dan Microsoft Access. Dari hasil penelitian yang didapatkan yang mendapatkan rangking 1 ialah Kode Alternatif A7 dengan Nama Alternatif TUKINO nilai Total 0,51. Kesimpulannya adalah Agar memudahkan pihak perangkat desa dalam menginputkan data-data penerima bantuan langsung tunai dana desa dan Memberikan kemudahan bagi pihak perangkat desa dalam menentukan penerima bantuan langsung tunai dana desa.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of good governance principles on the satisfaction of BLT recipients affected by COVID-19 in 2020 in Manggihan Village, which is mediated by the quality of government services. The sample used in this research was 93 respondents. The data collection technique is by distributing questionnaires in the form of questions to BLT recipients. The analysis method uses multiple linear regression. The findings show that accountability, transparency, participation, responsiveness, and justice principles significantly affect service quality. The principles of accountability, responsiveness, justice, and service quality also influence community satisfaction, but transparency and participation do not. Meanwhile, with mediating variables, service quality can mediate the influence of accountability, transparency, participation, responsiveness, and justice principles on community satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the factors related to the level of independence of elementary school children in implementing clean and healthy living behaviors at MI Nururl Huda, Bengkulu City. This research method used is a descriptive analytical study design with a cross-sectional approach and is included in the type of quantitative research, the population in this study was 35 respondents of grade 2 students at MI Nurul Huda, Bengkulu City. The results of this study are univariate results obtained by students with good independence 30 respondents (85.7), students with good knowledge 30 respondents (85.7%), the unavailability of trash cans that meet the requirements 23 respondents (65.7%). The results of the bivariate analysis showed that there was no relationship between the level of independence and the level of knowledge (p-value = 0.139), and there was a relationship between attitudes and independence (p-value = 0.49), and there was no relationship between the availability of trash cans and student independence (p-value = 0.100). In the implementation of PHBS at MI Nurul Huda, Bengkulu City. The conclusion shows that there is a relationship between attitudes and the independence of school children in the implementation of PHBS at MI Nurul Huda, Bengkulu City.  Keywords: Attitude, Elementary School, Healthy Life Behavior, Independence, Knowledge.
