Abstract

Aims: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of knowledge, motivation, the role of health workers, and family support on toddler visit to integrated healthcare center in Sukabumi district. Methods:  This type of research was conducted with a cross sectional design. The population was all mothers of toddlers with a sample of 225, using proportional random sampling technique. Statistical analysis to determine the effect using logistic regression. Results:  There is an influence of knowledge (p=0.000), motivation (p=0.000), the role of health workers (p=0.000) and family support (p=0.000) on toddler posyandu visits in Sukamanis Village, Kadudampit Health Center Working Area, Sukabumi Regency. Conclusion:  Knowledge, motivation, role of health workers and family support influenced toddler posyandu visits in Sukamanis Village, Kadudampit Health Center Working Area, Sukabumi District.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Pada usia 6–24 bulan, pertumbuhan fisik bayi tetap berlangsung meskipun melambat, ditandai dengan peningkatan tinggi dan berat badan. Status kesehatan fisik dipengaruhi oleh sosial budaya, pengetahuan ibu, pola pemberian makan, dan dukungan suami. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh faktor-faktor tersebut terhadap kesehatan fisik bayi.Metode: Penelitian ini bersifat korelasional dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Populasinya adalah ibu dengan bayi usia 6–24 bulan di Wilayah Kerja UPTD Puskesmas Cibeureum Hilir, Kota Sukabumi. Sampel sebanyak 348 orang dipilih dengan teknik proportional random sampling. Analisis data menggunakan Chi-Square untuk bivariat dan regresi logistik biner untuk multivariat.Hasil: Hasil penelitian terdapat pengaruh sosial budaya, pengetahuan ibu, pola pemberian makan, dukungan suami terhadap status kesehatan fisik bayi usia 6-24 bulan (p-value < 0,05).Kesimpulan: Terdapat pengaruh simultan sosial budaya, pengetahuan ibu, pola pemberian makan, dukungan suami terhadap status kesehatan fisik bayi usia 6-24 bulan.
