Abstract

The study was conducted with the aim of analyzing and describing how the distribution process and marketing margins of Sunu Grouper (Plectropomus leopardus) in Sulaiman Bay Village. The research was carried out for 9 months from March to December 2022 in Kampung Teluk Sulaiman, Biduk-Biduk District, Berau Regency. The method used in sampling fishermen is purposive sampling with a total of 21 respondents, while in sampling collecting traders and retailers using the snowball sampling method as many as 10 people. The analysis method uses qualitative descriptive analysis. The results show that the marketing channel pattern on the sale of Sunu Grouper Fish in Kampung Teluk Sulaiman there are 2 levels of marketing channels of the level one channel pattern and the second level channel pattern. Based on the results of the margin calculation of each Sunu Grouper marketing institution in Teluk Sulaiman village, the institutions that obtained a larger margin were collecting traders of IDR 25,000, while retailers of IDR 20,000

Abstract

Amplang processing in Babulu Laut Village uses milkfish basic ingredients. This study aims at the amount of costs incurred during the production process, receipts and income from the amplang business in Babulu Laut Village, by sampling using the census method, where the population is amplang processors in Babulu Laut Village. Amplang business in Babulu Laut Village, Babulu District Incurred investment costs of Rp. 9,483,000 with depreciation of Rp. 125,051 / month, irregular costs during production of Rp. 931,280 and in a month amounted to Rp. 6,204,490, so as to obtain total costs incurred of Rp. 6,329,541/month. Revenue is Rp. 86,950,000 month with an average of Rp. 12,421,429/month. income of Rp. 42,643,216/month with an average of Rp. 6,091,888/month.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the level of productivity of milkfish amplang business. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The sample in this study was 4 respondents by sampling using the census method. The data analysis method uses business productivity analysis. The results showed that the level of fish productivity was 1.6 Kg which means that 1 Kg of milkfish was able to produce 1.6 Kg of amplang whereas, the level of labor productivity was 19.2 Kg / HKP which means that every 1 HKP of labor was able to produce 19.2 Kg of amplang
