Abstract

This study aims to find out 1) Application of government rules in the implementation of face to face learning, 2) Constrainst faced by schools in the application of government rules for implementing face to face learning, 3) Solutions in overcoming obstacles faced in SMA Negeri I Nita new normal period. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Nita. This study uses qualitative research methods with data collection techniques used, namely, interview techniques, observations and documentation. Based on the results of interviews with school principals, teachers, students, staffing staff, security quards, and parents in the application of health protocol. 1) The application of health protocol rules is still not implemented properly in accordance with the rules issued by the government, 2) Constraints of students are less obedient during running health protocols such as using masks, maintaining limited learning and learning time, 3) Sulitions ladies and gentlemen, teachers must remid all svhool membersĀ  to continue to apkly health protocols during face to face learning in the new normal period
