Abstract

Stimulus for someone who wants to be involved to take part in a leadership process varies. The diversity of desires or motivations and the background of one's intention to be involved in becoming a leader is a passion that cannot be prevented and legalized by law because by nature humans are caliphs on earth. The attitudes and characteristics that must be possessed by a leader are: Shidiq (honest), Trustworthy, not deceiving, keeping promises, generous, and not forgetting the hereafter. Leadership is very important for the success of an organization and the management of other people. In general, the concept of management is an activity that seeks to achieve certain goals or objectives by utilizing other people (getting things done through the efforts of other people). The approach used in this discussion is a literature study that collects information and data from various existing sources. Effective leadership is used according to the people it leads (circumstances and situations). An Islamic leader must have Islamic character and qualified abilities including: leadership skills in supervising and controlling his people, the ability to plan and solve problems, be full of responsibility and have social skills and have the knowledge and professional competence of members and followers.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang Manajemen Berbasis Madrasah Dalam Perspektif Manajemen Mutu Pendidikan Islam Di Pondok Pesantren Sumatera Thawalib Parabek Bukittinggi Agam. Penelitian ini termasuk kedalam penelitian kualitatif dikarenakan metode yang dilakukan peneliti melalui metode deskriptif. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi peribadi dan dokumentasi resmi lainnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Kurikulum yang digunakan di Pondok Pesantren Sumatera Thawalib Parabek Bukittinggi Agam adalah Kurikulum 2013 (K-13). Pondok Pesantren Sumatera Thawalib Parabek Bukittinggi Agam telah melaksanakan prosedur startegi evaluasi kurikulum, yakni, evaluasi kebutuhan, evaluasi masukan (input), evaluasi proses, evaluasi produk/output. Kepala madrasah sebagai pimpinan pelaksana tertinggi di Pondok Pesantren Sumatera Thawalib Parabek Bukittinggi Agam mengemban tugas membantu Ketua Umum Yayasan dan Pimpinan Pesantren dalam manajemen tenaga kependidikan dan tenaga pendidik yang mencakup perencanaan dan pengadaan tenaga kependidikan dan pendidik, pembinaan dan pengembangan, penilaian dan pemberhentian.

Abstract

This research aims to explore and describe the types of educational policies and programs made by the government, especially regarding multicultural education policies and inclusive education. Multicultural education is implemented to develop all students' potential regardless of their religion. Multicultural education emphasizes the philosophy of cultural pluralism in the education system, based on the principles of equality, mutual respect, acceptance, understanding and moral commitment to social justice. Meanwhile, inclusive education accommodates all children with special needs who have a normal IQ, intended for those who have disabilities, special talents, special intelligence and/or who require special educational services. The foundation of inclusive education is the Law on the National Education System chapter IV article V concerning the rights and obligations of citizens. The method used in this research is a type or library approach (Library Research). The data collection technique used in this research is a document technique, namely searching for information about the topics discussed in the form of notes, books, publications or articles, magazines, etc.
