(Indonesia)Penelitian telah dilaksanakan di PT. Talaga Unggas Bahagia dan Laboratorium Nutrisi Ternak Unggas Non Ruminansia dan Industri Makanan Ternak Fakultas Peternakan Universitas Padjadjaran pada 30 Maret 2023 hingga 30 Mei 2023. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dan perlakuan manakah yang terbaik pada fermentasi feses ayam layer dengan penambahan Eco-enzyme 2% dan Probiotik Stardec 0,25%. Parameter yang diamati adalah bahan organik, serat kasar, dan bahan ekstrak tanpa nitrogen (BETN) maggot BSF. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimental dengan rancangan acak lengkap. Terdapat tiga perlakuan pada feses ayam layer yaitu P1= fermentasi feses ayam layer tanpa bioaktivator, P2= fermentasi feses ayam layer + Eco-enzyme 2% dan P3= fermentasi feses ayam layer + Probiotik Stardec 0,25%. Dilakukan 6 pengulangan setiap perlakuan. Analisis data menggunakan analisis ragam (ANOVA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kandungan serat kasar maggot pada media yang difermentasi Probiotik Stardec 0,25% (P3) nyata lebih rendah (P<0,05) dibanding yang dipelihara di media fermentasi tanpa bioaktivator (P1), dan yang difermentasi Eco-enzyme 2% (P2), dan kandungan BETN sangat nyata lebih tinggi (P<0,01) dibanding yang dipelihara di media fermentasi tanpa bioaktivator (P1), dan yang difermentasi Eco-enzyme 2% (P2). Kandungan SK dan BETN maggot pada media fermentasi Probiotik Stardec 0,25% adalah 5,81% dan 44,97%. (Inggris)The research was held from 30th March 2023 to 30th May 2023 in PT. Talaga Unggas Bahagia and Laboratory of Poultry Non Ruminant Nutrition and Feed Industry, Padjadjaran University. The purpose of this research was to determine the effect and which treatment is best for layer chicken feces fermentation with the addition of Eco-enzyme 2% and 0.25% Stardec probiotics. The parameters observed were organic matter, crude fiber, and BSF maggot nitrogen-free extract. The research method used was an experimental method with a completely randomized design (CRD). There were three threatments for layer chicken feces, namely P1 = layer chicken feces fermentation without bioactivator, P2= layer chicken feces fermentation with 2% Eco-enzyme, and P3= layer chicken feces fermentation with 0.25% Stardec probiotic. Performed 6 repetitions of each treatment. Data analysis used analysis of variance (ANOVA). The results showed that the content of maggot crude fiber in media fermented with Probiotic Stardec 0.25% (P3) was significantly lower (P<0.05) than that grown in fermentation media without bioactivator (P1), and 2% Eco-enzyme fermented (P2), while the content of NFE was very significantly higher (P<0.01) than that grown in fermentation media without bioactivator (P1), and 2% Eco-enzyme fermented (P2). The content of crude fiber and NFE maggot in the 0.25% Stardec Probiotic fermentation media were 5.81% and 44.97%.
