Abstract

This research aims to obtain an empirical description of improving teacher performance in learning through academic supervision with a collaborative approach for teachers at SD Negeri Temanggal, Adimulyo District, Kebumen Regency for the 2022/2023 school year in semester 2. This research applies School Action Research to the implementation of teacher performance. in carrying out learning in the 2nd semester of the 2022/2023 academic year at SD Negeri Temanggal. This action research was carried out with the aim of improving teacher performance. Data analysis uses the Miles and Humberman interactive model with the steps: (1) data collection and analysis, (2) comparative description, (3) data presentation and (4) verification of drawing conclusions. After carrying out the research in 2 cycles there was extraordinary development. The results of research on the syllabus, lesson plans and implementation of learning from initial conditions to cycle 2 show improvement. In the initial study, preparing the syllabus 65.73, preparing RPP 63.39, implementing learning 64.75. In cycle 1, preparing syllabus 74.76, preparing RPP 73.39, implementing learning 76.5. A very significant increase, but not yet able to meet the criteria for completeness, namely a minimum of 80. Continued with cycle 2, preparing the syllabus 82.86, preparing RPP 83.7, and carrying out learning 81. Thus, after carrying out cycle 2, it has been completed, meeting the criteria 80. Performance teachers continue to improve. Learning runs more effectively. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan mendapatkan deskripsi empirik tentang peningkatan kinerja guru dalam pembelajaran melalui supervise akademik dengan pendekatan kolaboratif bagi guru SD Negeri Temanggal Kecamatan Adimulyo Kabupaten Kebumen tahun pelajaran 2022/ 2023 pada semester 2. Penelitian ini menerapkan Penelitian Tindakan Sekolah/ School Action Research terhadap pelaksanaan kinerja guru dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran pada semester 2 tahun pelajaran 2022/ 2023 SD Negeri Temanggal. Penelitian tindakan ini dilaksanakan dengan maksud meningkatkan kinerja guru. Analisis data menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Humberman dengan langkah-langkah : (1) pengumpulan dan telaah data, (2) deskripsi komperatif, (3) penyajian data dan (4) verifikasi menarik kesimpulan. Setelah dilaksanakan penelitian dalam 2 siklus ada perkembangan yang luarbiasa. Hasil penelitian silabus, RPP ,dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran dari mulai kondisi awal sampai dengan siklus 2 menunjukkan peningkatan . Pada studi awal menyusun silabus 65,73 menyusun RPP 63,39 , melaksanakan pembelajaran 64,75. Pada siklus 1 menyusun silabus 74,76 , menyusun RPP 73.39 , melaksanakan pembelajaran 76,5. Peningkatan yang sangat signifikan, namun belum bisa memenuhi kriteria ketuntasan yaitu minimal 80. Dilanjutkan siklus 2 menyusun silabus 82,86 , menyusun RPP 83,7 , dan melaksanakan pembelajaran 81. Dengan demikian setelah di laksanakan siklus 2 telah tuntas, memenuhi kriteria 80. Kinerja guru terus meningkat. Pembelajaran berjalan lebih efektif.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to get an empirical picture of how teachers improve their performance in learning through academic supervision with a collaborative approach for teachers at SD Negeri Temanggal, Adimulyo District, Kebumen Regency in semester 2 of the 2022/2023 school year. This research uses School Action Research or School Action Research to see how teachers carry out learning in semester 2 of the 2022/2023 academic year at SD Negeri Temanggal, Adimulyo District, Kebumen Regency. Using Miles and Humberman's interactive model, data analysis was carried out in four stages: (1) data collection and review; (2) comparative description; (3) data presentation; and (4) draw verification of conclusions. Important findings in this research are: 1). Teacher performance continues to improve after academic supervision is carried out. 2). Academic supervision with a collaborative approach can increase learning effectiveness for teachers at SD Negeri Temanggal, Adimulyo District, Kebumen Regency.
