Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, product diversity and price discounts on buying interest of consumers at the Lova Collection in Bengkulu City. This type of research is a type of quantitative descriptive research, the object of this research is the consumers of the Lova Collection in Bengkulu City, which is located on Jl. Lieutenant Suprapto, Kec. Ratu Samban, Bengkulu City, Bengkulu. The sampling method uses a non probability technique, namely accidental sampling. The number of respondents in this study were 160 people. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Test, and Hypothesis Test, namely t test and f test.The results of this study can be concluded that the variable Service quality has a positive effect on Consumer Purchase Interest, product diversity has a positive effect on Consumer Purchase Interest, Price Discounts have a positive effect on Consumer Purchase Interest, and Service Quality, Product Diversity and Price Discounts together have a significant effect on Consumer Buying Interest in the Lova Collection in Bengkulu City.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the influence of training and human resource development on employee productivity at the BPKAD Office in Bengkulu City, both partially and simultaneously. The study focuses on various factors, including training and human resource development, utilizing a quantitative research approach. The research targets 50 employees of the BPKAD Office in Bengkulu City. Data collection methods include observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Analytical techniques involve instrument testing, classical assumption testing, respondent response analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, determination coefficient analysis, and hypothesis testing. Results indicate that training has a positive and significant impact on the productivity of BPKAD Office employees in Bengkulu City. Conversely, human resource development shows a negative and significant influence on employee productivity. Therefore, it can be concluded from the research that both training and human resource development have a partial and simultaneous impact on employees at the BPKAD Office in Bengkulu City.

Abstract

The title of this study is the effect of self-actualization needs and workload on employee performance at the Bengkulu City Industry and Trade Office. This research is based on the importance of employee performance for public organizations. Employee work performance is influenced by several factors, including self-actualization needs and workload. This study aims to analyze the effect of self-actualization needs and workload on employee performance at the Department of Industry and Trade of Bengkulu City.This type of research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The population of this study were all employees of the Bengkulu City Industry and Trade Office. The number of research samples was 65 people. Data collection was done using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of data analysis obtained multiple linear regression equations as follows: Y = 10.995 + 0.567 X1 - 0.406 X2. The results of the analysis show that the need for self-actualization has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (tcount = 7.757 and Sig. = 0.000) and workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (tcount = 5.582 and Sig. = 0.000). Simultaneously, self-actualization needs and workload have a significant effect on employee work performance (Fcount = 98.024 and Sig. = 0.000).It is recommended to the Bengkulu City Industry and Trade Office to be able to improve employee performance by increasing self-actualization needs and managing employee workload.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of compensation and organizational culture on organizational citizenship behavior of employees in Religious High Court of Bengkulu. The object of this study was 55 employees of Religious High Court of Bengkulu. The data collection technique of this study used observation. interview, and questionnaire. The data analysis techniques used instrument tests, classical assumption tests, analysis of respondent responses, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and also hypothesis testing. The research results show that compensation has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior of employees in Religious High Court of Bengkulu. The organizational culture has a positive and significant influence on organizational citizenship behavior of employees in Religious High Court of Bengkulu. So, from the results of the research that has been conducted, it can be concluded that compensation and organizational culture have a partial and simultaneous effects on organizational citizenship behavior of employees in Religious High Court of Bengkulu.
