Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the obstacles in implementing digital applications in the reporting process of School Operational Assistance Funds at Madrasah Aliyah. The research method used is descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. Data collection methods used in this study were observation, focus group discussions, and interviews with 3 informants. The data from this study were processed using Five Whys Analysis. The results of this study indicate that the obstacles experienced by the staff who are responsible for the reporting process of the School Operational Assistance Fund are caused by the lack of socialization from the relevant ministries regarding how to use the applications that have been launched.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to see how e-service quality and e-trust influence e-satisfaction and e-loyalty directly (direct) and indirectly (indirect) on users of the ovo e-wallet application in Medan, Indonesia. Quantitative methods are used in this study with primary data sources derived from individual respondents. Data processing was carried out using a structural equation model (SEM) which was run with the SmartPLS 3.0 application. The number of samples is 97 respondents who had passed the screening question. The results showed that 1) E-Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on E-Satisfaction, 2) E-Trust has no significant effect on E-Satisfaction, 3) E-Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on E-Loyalty, 4) E-Trust has a positive and significant effect on E-Loyalty, 5) E-Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on E-Loyalty, 6) Through E-Satisfaction, E-Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on E-Loyalty, 7) E-Satisfaction does not mediate the relationship between E-Trust and E-Loyalty.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh harga paket data internet telkomsel terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen secara parsial. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantiatif dengan jenis penelitian asosiatif kausal, Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah dengan cara observasi, penelitian lapangan, dan studi dokumentasi dengan jumlah responden sebanyak (N)=20. Data dari penelitian ini diolah dengan menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, dan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil dari uji validitas dan reliabitas menunjukkan bahwa seluruh instrumen yang digunakan oleh masing-masing variabel dapat dikatakan valid dan reliabel. Hasil dari uji t pada variabel Harga (X) adalah sebesar 12,865 yang lebih besar dari t-Tabelnya sebesar 1,725 (t-Hitung > t-Tabel) dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 yang lebih kecil dari 0,05, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Hasil dari uji hipotesis ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial terdapat pengaruh positif dan signfikan dari variabel Harga (X) terhadap variabel Keputusan Pembelian (Y). ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the price of Telkomsel internet data packages on consumer purchasing decisions partially. The research method used is a quantitative research method with causal associative research. The data collection method used in this research is by means of observation, field research, and documentation studies with the number of respondents (N) = 20. The data from this study were processed using validity test, reliability test, and simple linear regression analysis. The results of the validity and reliability tests show that all the instruments used by each variable can be said to be valid and reliable. The results of the t-test on the Price (X) variable are 12.865 which is greater than the t-table of 1.725 (t-Value > t-Tabel) and a significance value of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05. So it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The results of this hypothesis test show that partially there is a positive and significant effect of the Price variable (X) on the Purchase Decision variable (Y).
