Abstract

Abstract: The variety of information technology facilities available at Telkom University Open Library is one of the attractions of this library that attracts many users to visit. This study discusses the relationship between interest in visiting and information technology facilities at Telkom University Open Library. This study aimed to determine the availability of information technology facilities related to significance with the interest of visiting users to the Telkom University Open Library. This research is a quantitative research with a survey method. The sampling technique used Simple Random Sampling, with a total sample unit 153. This study used the Pearson Product Moment correlation test analysis method between variable interest in visiting and information technology facilities at Telkom University Open Library. The results obtained for almost all variables of information technology facilities have a significant relationship with interest in visiting the Telkom University Open Library. This place was chosen because the existing information technology facilities at the Telkom University Open Library are diverse and sophisticated compared to other university libraries, so the availability of information technology facilities can attract visitors to the Telkom University Open Library. Penelitian ini membahas hubungan minat berkunjung terhadap fasilitas teknologi informasi pada Telkom University Open Library. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tersedianya fasilitas teknologi informasi sehubungan signifikansinya dengan minat berkunjung pemustaka ke Telkom University Open Library. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Simple Random Sampling, dengan jumlah unit sampel sebanyak 153. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis uji korelasi Pearson Product Moment, antara variabel hubungan minat berkunjung dengan fasilitas teknologi informasi Telkom University Open Library. Didapatkan hasil hampir semua variabel fasilitas teknologi informasi memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan minat berkunjung di Telkom University Open Library. Hal ini dikarenakan, fasilitas teknologi informasi yang ada pada Telkom University Open Library terbilang beragam dan canggih, dibandingkan dengan perpustakaan perguruan tinggi lain, sehingga tersedianya fasilitas teknologi informasi dapat menjadi daya tarik pemustaka untuk berkunjung ke Telkom University Open Library. Kata Kunci: fasilitas teknologi informasi, minat berkunjung perpustakaan, Telkom University Open Library,

Abstract

Background of the study: The Asian-African Conference Museum Library collection in this library is a historical witness for present and future generations regarding the Asian-African Conference, which required preventive and curative preservation measures so that the collection could continue to be accessed. Purpose: This research aims to explain how the preventive preservation activities of library collections in the Asia-Africa conference museum library and can be used as a reference for other libraries in their collection preservation activities. Method: This qualitative research uses a descriptive method. The sample were conducted by purposive sampling method. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews, and literature review. In this research, source triangulation was used in testing the validity of the research data. Findings: The Asian-African Conference Museum Library has implemented several measures to preserve library collections. There are preventive preservation efforts such as routine room cleaning, dust cleaning using a vacuum cleaner, fumigation measures, appeals for users to take off their footwear before entering the library, to assisting users who will access the collection room. Conclusion: The Asian-African Conference Museum Library has made various efforts to preserve library collections so that they remain durable and can always be accessed by users

Abstract

Introduction. This study understands the development of digital libraries in Indonesia in the 2014-2024 period using bibliometrics, along with the rapid internet penetration and the increasing number of digital libraries in Indonesia which have changed the way people access information. Data Collection Methods. This is a quantitative approach with a bibliometric analysis based on the Scopus bibliographic dataset with 162 publications with a keyword filtering process. Data Analysis. This is a bibliometric analysis using Biblioshiny Bibliometrix. Results and Discussion. This study shows that despite fluctuations, digital library research in Indonesia has increased, especially in 2017 and 2021, reflecting growing awareness during the COVID-19 pandemic, with a focus on "digital libraries" and related topics like "systematic literature review", "e-learning" and "library services". These themes are supported by key researchers from Ganesha University of Education, Bina Nusantara University, and the University of Indonesia. Conclusion. Digital library research in Indonesia continues to develop from year to year, still focusing on the topics of digital libraries, e-learning, and library services, with authors collaborating and developing new topics in this area. Suggestions for further research include thematic evolution analysis and references spectroscopy to better illustrate the development of this topic.

Abstract

Studi penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi proses digitalisasi naskah kuno di Museum Sri Baduga dan menganalisis strategi keberlanjutan manajemen digitalisasi naskah kuno di Museum Sri Baduga. Metode penelitian yang dipakai adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dengan narasumber, penelusuran literatur, serta observasi secara langsung. Teknik purposive sampling digunakan dalam pemilihan narasumber dan teknik triangulasi data Miles & Hubberman dipakai dalam analisis data. Hasil penelitian ditemukan Museum Sri Baduga memiliki prosedur pengadaan koleksi naskah kuno diantaranya kajian analisis koleksi, penganggaran, pembentukan tim, registrasi, inventarisasi, identifikasi naskah, perawatan & konservasi naskah, digitalisasi naskah, dan translasi alih aksara serta terjemahan naskah. Sedangkan strategi manajemen digitalisasi naskah kuno yang dilakukan adalah kolaborasi, pembatasan akses, dan penerapan regulasi.
