Abstract

This study discusses the role of Islamic economic law in regulating Islamic business transactions by emphasizing the principles of justice, transparency, and compliance with Islamic values. Islamic economic law functions to create Islamic regulations and guidelines that must be adhered to in every business transaction, prohibiting practices such as usury, maysir, and gharar. Within this framework, the principles of tauhid, khilafah, justice, tazkiyah, and al-falah become the main foundations underlying all economic activities. This study uses a qualitative method with a literature study to analyze various related literature sources. The main findings show that Islamic economic law not only provides a clear legal framework but also effectively prevents haram practices, resulting in fairer and more ethical transactions. The application of Islamic principles in business transactions can increase trust and stability in the Islamic business ecosystem. This study contributes in the form of concepts and methods that can be used to implement Islamic economic principles. The limitation of this study lies in its focus mainly on general theory and principles, while further research can explore more deeply the practical implementation of Islamic economic law in various business sectors. The implication of this study is the importance of education, regulatory development, and increasing transparency in business transactions to create a fairer and more sustainable business environment.

Abstract

In the era of globalization, identity and cultural crises are increasingly prevalent in many societies, including in Indonesia. This is caused by the integration of new cultures and values that obscure the roots of local traditions. Cultural Islamic boarding schools play an important role in responding to this phenomenon by offering a holistic approach that combines religious education with the preservation of local culture. The Ndalem Wongsorogo Cultural Islamic Boarding School in Kendal, Central Java, is a real example in the effort to preserve local traditions and identities. This boarding school not only teaches religious values, but also arts, culture, and practical skills such as barista and fine arts. This approach allows students to develop a more holistic understanding of their identity, combining faith with local wisdom. With routine activities such as gamelan practice, klenengan, and hadroh, this boarding school functions as a center for the preservation of arts and traditions as well as a repository of cultural heritage. This article explores the role of cultural boarding schools in maintaining cultural identity amidst the flow of globalization and offers insights into how this institution can become an adaptive educational model that answers the challenges of modernization without abandoning cultural roots

Abstract

A study of business validity can help to understand the legal and regulatory structures that govern the operation of a sharia business, while sharia economic law can provide valuable perspectives on the principles and rules that govern business operations. Understanding the relationship between these two fields can help identify potential challenges and opportunities for sharia, as well as help to identify best practices and case studies that can help Sharia overcome challenges and take advantage of opportunities. This type of research is a descriptive qualitative approach by applying library research methods (library research). The results of the research are used as a determining factor in choosing or rejecting an idea or proposal for a project or undertaking being planned. Meanwhile, Shariah economic law refers to an economic legal system based on Islamic principles and values. In the study of business viability, there are several evaluation factors that need to be considered, such as legality, marketing, and financial aspects. In the context of Shariah economic law, there are several principles that include the Foundations of Mu'awanah, Musyarakah, Manfaah, Antarodhin, Adamul Gharar, Musawah, Ash Shiddiq, Ownership, Governance, and Bir wa Taqwa.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the application of muamalah principles in facing contemporary economic challenges. Using descriptive-analytical qualitative research methods, this study explores how muamalah, rooted in sharia law, can be a solution in addressing various modern economic issues, such as globalization, inequality, and technological change. The principles of muamalah, such as fair dealing, usury-free, as well as sustainable resource management, are examined in depth to demonstrate their relevance in contemporary economics. The research also discusses Islamic economic instruments such as zakat, infaq, sadaqah, waqf, and profit-sharing-based Islamic financial systems as tools to address inequality and promote economic inclusiveness. The results show that the application of muamalah is not only capable of supporting equitable and sustainable economic growth, but also offers solutions to global economic challenges. This research provides important theoretical insights for the development of sharia-based economic policies, with suggestions for further research focusing on empirical studies and applications of muamalah in local economic contexts..
