Abstract

Guru merupakan bagian yang sangat strategis yang memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk gerak maju kehidupan suatu bangsa. Pondok pesantren Darussalam dengan pembelajaran dan pendidikan yang disusun dengan alokasi waktu 24 jam menjadikan peran guru sangatlah besar. Begitupula dengan guru fiqih yang mempunyai andil yang besar dalam pembinaan ibadah santri. Maka tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran guru fiqih dalam pembinaan ibadah santri putri kelas 2 KMI. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini ada tiga tahap yaitu, pengumpulan data, penyajian data dan penarikan atau kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan peran guru fiqih dalam pembinaan ibadah diantaranya sebagai demonstrator yaitu dengan mempersiapkan materi fiqih dengan baik, sebagai pengelola kelas yaitu memastikan kesiapan anak dalam menerima pelajaran, sebagai mediator dan fasilitator yaitu menggunakan metode caramah dan tanya jawab, dan sebagai evaluator yaitu evaluasi harian dan tahunan. Kemudian ibadah santri putri kelas 2 KMI dilihat dari penilaian raport catatan kepribadian dan hasil pengadaan praktek ibadah (wudhu), maka dapat dinilai sudah cukup baik. Dan adapun upaya guru fiqih dalam meningkatkan ibadah santri putri terbagi menjadi 2, yaitu upaya minimal berupa pengajaran di lingkungan kelas. Dan upaya maksimal berupa pembimbingan langsung di masjid maupun di rayon dan mengadakan praktek ibadah sekali-kali.

Abstract

The Scout Movement is an organization that pays great attention to moral issues or the character of students. This study specifically examines the character building carried out by Scoutmasters at Darussalam Islamic Boarding School Bogor. This study aims to determine how the strategy of character building for students through scout extracurricular activities at Darussalam Islamic Boarding School Bogor. The data collection techniques in this study are observation, interviews, and documentation. The validity of the data was obtained from the triangulation technique which was achieved by comparing the observed data with the interview data. The data analysis technique in this study has 3 stages, namely data collection, data presentation, and with conclusion. The results of the study indicate that habituation, example, assignments, lectures, and punishments or sanctions are methods used in fostering the character of students through scouting activities. Habituation by telling students to come on time, greet each other, perform congregational prayers and others. Exemplary is to provide examples of direct actions to students. Assignment is when the inauguration activity takes place, new students are given individual and group assignments. Lecture by providing an explanation of the importance of good morals as exemplified by the Prophet Muhammad. Penalties or sanctions for students who violate the rules in the form of a direct warning by the coach, asked to read the Dasa Dharma in front of other students, run in the field. And what causes students to experience boredom, boredom, truant during scouting practice is due to the density of activities on Thursday. The types of scouting activities are routine training, skills, General Skill Requirements (SKU), Marching Skill Practice (PBB), Special Skill Mark (TKK), Resume and Evaluation. The values ​​that are instilled include religious, discipline, independence, responsibility, environmental care, leadership and tolerance.

Abstract

The quality of a school is determined by the quality of its teachers. The better the quality of a teacher the better the performance will be. Therefore, a teacher is required to master every competency that will support his work in educating the nation’s next generation. This study aims to find out if there is an influence between variable X, namely teacher professionalism on variable Y teacher performance. This research was conducted at SMP Terpadu Al-Ittihadiyah Ciampea Udik Bogor. The research method used is descriptive quantitative method. The number of respondents in this study as many as 10 people, namely all teachers at Integrated Junior High School Al-Ittihadiyah as the primary data source with the technique of spreading questionnaires and 1 principal as a secondary data source with interview techniques that are used as reinforcements in the results of this study. The tests in this study used validity, reliability tests using the Cronbach Alpha formula, normality tests, linearity tests and correlation coefficient tests. The data analysis in this study used a simple regression test or t test. The result of t test calculation from this study is with a sig value of 0.071 > 0.05 and t count of 2.081 < t table 2.303. This shows that there is no significant influence between teacher professionalism and teacher performance at Al-Ittihadiyah Integrated Junior High School Ciampea Udik Bogor. Then it can be concluded that H0 was accepted and Ha was rejected.
