Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of financial inclusion on the sustainability of MSME, determine the effect of financial management on the sustainability of MSME, and find out whether financial inclusion and financial management have an effect on the sustainability of MSME. The research method used is a quantitative method and uses secondary and primary data. Primary data was obtained from respondents who were collected through a questionnaire consisting of 24 questions. The sample consisted of 95 MSME business actors in the processed food and beverage sector from a population of 1856 business actors using a purposive random sampling technique. The measurement scale uses a Likert scale. Data analysis includes: descriptive statistics, validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression test, t test, f test, and coefficient of determination test. The data analysis technique for this research uses SPSS 25. The results of this research show, (1) There is a significant influence of financial inclusion on business sustainability among MSME actors in the food and beverage processing sector in Tampan District, (2) There is a significant influence of financial management on sustainability business among MSME actors in the food and beverage sector in Tampan District, and (3) There is a significant influence of financial inclusion and financial management on financial inclusion among MSME actors in the food and beverage sector in Tampan District. Abstract

This research aims to analyze financial ratios to measure financial performance of Karya Bersama cooperatives and Maju Bersama Cooperative Pangkalan Kuras Pelalawan. The research instrument used is quantitative descriptive research such as interviews, documentation and theoretical studies. The results of the research showed that the financial performance of Karya bersama cooperative was in good condition in terms of financial ratios and received a fairly good assessment, while Maju Bersama cooperative received a less good assessment so that Maju Bersama cooperative had to improve the financial performance of the cooperative by developing the business it owned. Abstract

This research aims to determine financial literacy and financial management on the performance of MSMEs in Pasir Limau Kapas District, Rokan Hiir Regency. This research uses a quantitative method with an associative type of research with the Statistical Product And Service Solutions (SPSS 25) program. This research uses primary data sources which were carried out by taking a sample of 80 MSME actors. The technique used was Purposive random sampling Sampling. The data analysis technique used Descriptive quantitative analysis is used. This analysis includes validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing via the t test and f test. The results of this research show that financial literacy has a significant effect on the performance of MSMEs. Then financial management has a significant effect on the performance of MSMEs. And financial literacy and financial management have a significant effect on the performance of MSMEs. Keywords: Financial Literacy, Financial Management, and MSME Performance
