Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi dapat menimbulkan masalah sosial baik pada segi yang berdampak pada kehidupan positif bagi manusia, namun juga terhadap salahnya arah dalam penggunaan teknologi. Maka diantara sebabnya ialah, penyalahgunaan tersebut mengakibatkan suatu peristiwa yang kedepannya akan terjadi perceraian dikarenakan adanya cekcok juga perselingkuhan pasangan istri dan suami bisa tersimpan dan tertinggal kemudian disalurkan melalui media sosial. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah mencegah perceraian mengapa bisa terjadi perceraian melalui media sosial sekarang ini, fakta dan sebab dalam kehidupan berumah tangga. dengan adanya upaya tersebut dalam mencegah penyalahgunaan media sosial dalam kehidupan berumah tangga. Penelitian kualitatif adalah penelitian yang digunakan dengan pendekatan fenomenologi, dan bahwa hasil penelitian pemicu media sosial akibat penyalahgunaan adanya perselingkuhan pasangan istri dan suami melalui media sosial maka terjadilah perselisihan berkepanjangan. Dengan menggunakan media sosial yang berdampak buruk pada kedua belah pihak dengan cara dari pasangan itu sendiri supaya tidak terjadi perceraian dengan adanya pencegahan perceraian dilakukan bersama kemudian pada  pihak yang mendamaikan yaitu keluarga, melakukan mediasi dari pihak keluarga agar tidak terjadi perceraian buat kerabatnya, baik pemerintah kota juga memberikan sosialiasi saran dan solusi tentang pembahasan ketahanan keluarga yang mebuat agar keluarga mereka kokoh kedepannya, pendidikan pra nikah untuk dasar-dasar sebelum berumah tangga, sekolah ayah bunda yang dikuti oleh yang sudah menikah maupun belum menikah, dan memperkuat fungsi keluarga.

Abstract

This research was made to analyze the Factors of Acts of Sexual Violence from Various Groups Viewed from the Perspective of Islamic Law. as We see this from the point of view of Islamic law which is guided by the Alquran, regarding how the causes of sexual violence should have been contained in the law in the Alquran. Based on the research concluded in Islamic law which is guided by the Alquran, acts of sexual violence have been regulated long before the positive law came into force, as seen from Q.S An-Nur; 30-31, Q.S Al-Furqan; 43, and Q.S Al-Ahzab; 59 The Qur'an has previously warned about acts of sexual violence, by taking care of each other between men and women. Islam does not blame the victim as well as the perpetrator, the rules that have been set by Allah SWT. should be carried out and take care of each other.

Abstract

Blue-labeled skincare products freely available in the marketplace pose a serious problem because they contain active ingredients that should only be used under a doctor's prescription and supervision. Without medical supervision, consumers have the potential to experience negative health impacts. This study aims to examine consumer protection for this phenomenon through the Sadd Adz-Dzari'ah approach, namely the principle of prevention in Islamic law to avoid potential damage. As a normative study, the approach used regulations, regulations, and the concept of Sadd Adz-Dzari'ah. Data were collected through the concept of documentary studies and the data were collected and analyzed. Therefore, the results of the study indicate that blue-labeled skincare products are still freely sold in the marketplace and based on the Sadd Adz-Dzari'ah approach, there must be product withdrawal actions or sanctions against business actors who still distribute blue-labeled skincare products and the marketplace must block the store.

Abstract

This study aims to examine whether Regional Regulation No. 1 of 2015 has been fully implemented. The questions asked include how the policy requiring Muslim students in elementary, junior high, and high schools to read and write the Qur'an is implemented and how the policy is evaluated from the perspective of fiqh siyasah. This study uses field research as its methodology. The results show that although the Regional House of Representatives approved the regulation in 2015, its implementation is still partial. Some schools are unaware of it, while others are aware but have not implemented it consistently due to scheduling conflicts. In the wider community, implementation also varies, with some schools aware of it and others not, possibly due to inconsistencies in government outreach.Keywords: Implementation, Local Regulations, Al-Qur'an Literacy, Fiqh Siyasah, Islamic Education, Tanjung Balai City.
