Abstract

Cancer is characterized by the uncontrolled growth and spreading of abnormal cells. Cancer-induced bone pain (CIBP) is a significant problem affecting the majority of cancer patients, especially those suffering from metastatic disease due to cancer. The pathogenesis of CIBP involves tumor cells, bone cells, inflammatory microenvironment, and neural tissue. RNA noncoding miR-708-5p/CXCL13 has an important role in enhancement development of bone cancer pain through the initiation of neuroinflammation and hyperalgesia. Early recognition of bone pain in cancer and establishing a diagnosis are essential for timely intervention to relieve pain, prevent complications such as bone fractures, and improve the patient's quality of life. Management of bone pain in cancer patients is very complex and requires a multidisciplinary approach.

Abstract

Peran dan tanggung jawab Fakultas Kedokteran dapat dianggap telah selesai terhadap diri seorang mahasiswa, ketika mahasiswa tersebut telah dinyatakan lulus. tahap pertama dokter freshgradute di Indonesia, harus melewati program Internship Dokter Indonesia. Ikatan Dokter Indonesia (IDI) bertanggung jawab untuk memastikan bahwa kedokteran dilakukan secara profesional, moral, dan sesuai dengan persyaratan masyarakat dan menjadi wadah seluruh Indoensia termasuk dokter fresh graduate yang akan menjalani program intenship dokter Indonesia. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan penekatan studi kasus, dengan melakukan wawancara semi-terstruktur terhadap dokter fresh graduate lulusan FK USK yang akan menjalani program internship. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 3 peran IDI yang diharapkan oleh dokter fresh graduate, yaitu memberi bantuan atau perlindungan hukum, mengadakan pelatihan untuk dokter internship dan mengayomi dan merangkul dokter internship.

Abstract

Malnutrition during critical growth can cause stunted growth in children. Lack of awareness of mothers about the importance of proper baby feeding practices is one of the causes. Therefore, educational interventions are needed to improve maternal behavior, utilizing appropriate media such as audio-visual (video) aids. The purpose of this study is to examine the effectiveness of video-based education on maternal behavior in infant feeding (PMBA) and The body weight of children aged 6-23 months in West Monjok District. Video-based PMBA education significantly affects maternal behavior in infant feeding and child weight.
